摘 要
随着建筑水平管理体制改革的深化，工程项目施工管理越来越引起人们的重视，其管理水平的水平作为企业生存与发展的最重要素，而质量，速度，成本制约是其中最为重要的管理要点。本文以住宅楼施工项目为实例，结合实际情况，对项目的各分部分项工程施工方案进行了详细介绍。运用进度控制的基本理论知识，从项目管理者的角度出发，对项目从开工准备到竣工验收全过程进行了系统的进度规划设计，用横道图和网络图对进度进行分析，并根据实际提出了具体的措施，质量和安全，制定了的严谨的技术组织措施，针对施工项目中的常见问题进行了规划，减少相应的管理组织机构，以保证，质量与安全计划，很好的实现。

Abstract
With the deepening of the construction level management system reform, project construction management has attracted more and more attention. Its management level is the most important factor for the survival and development of enterprises, and quality, speed and cost control are the most important management points. Taking the residential building construction project as an example and combining with the actual situation, this paper introduces in detail the construction scheme of each sub-project of the project. By using the basic theory of progress control, from the perspective of project managers, project whole process from start to prepare to completion inspection and acceptance for the schedule planning and design of the system, and the progress in crossing chart and network diagram analysis, and puts forward specific measures, according to the actual quality and safety, and formulated the strict technology organization measures, aiming at the common problems in construction project planning, reduce the corresponding management organizations, to ensure that the quality and safety planning, good implementation.
