摘要
该招标文件在投标人须知、评标办法、工程量清单及合同条款等章节方面对拟建工程的招标要求进行了具体的刻画。本招标文件采用合理低价法，合理的评标办法是保证招标公平公正的前提之一。工程量清单作为招标文件的重要组成部分，在保证清单列项和造价达到规定要求的情况下，编制清单的过程使我们对构件的计算规则有了进一步的了解，实践性的操作巩固了我们的专业知识，同时也增加了我们对未来工作情景的认识。合同条款的合理与否对双方当事人以后签订协议，能否实现共赢起了决定性的作用。标准施工招标文件X本上对通用性的条款可以直接引用，但是在具体的工程中，往往需要考虑更多的因素，专用合同条款则为我们成功编制招标文件，对通用条款原则性约定的细化、完善和补充起了重要的作用。

The bidding document specifically describes the bidding requirements of the proposed project in terms of instructions to bidders,bid evaluation methods,bill of quantities and contract terms.The bidding document adopts the reasonable low price method,and the reasonable bid evaluation method is one of the preconditions to ensure the fairness and impartiality of the bidding.As an important part of the bidding document,the bill of quantities makes us have a further understanding of the calculation rules of components under the condition of ensuring that the list items and cost meet the specified requirements.The practical operation not only consolidates our professional knowledge,but also increases our understanding of the future work situation.Whether the contract terms are reasonable or not plays a decisive role in whether the two parties can sign an agreement and achieve win-win results.The general and special terms of the bidding document are often taken into account in the preparation of the bidding documents.However,the general and special terms and conditions can be taken into account directly,which plays an important role in the preparation of the bidding documents.
