      办公楼多层框架设计
      【摘要】本文的毕业设计主要讲述了办公楼设计。设计的内容包括建筑设计、结构设计两部分。毕业设计是土木工程专业的必修课程,我的设计是办公楼设计,设计采用钢筋混凝土现浇框架结构,建筑层数为三层,建筑总高度13.2m,总建筑面积2072㎡,底层占地面积为673㎡。根据设计要求,设防烈度为7度,抗震等级为三级,设计中要考虑抗震设计。设计包括建筑部分、结构部分、楼梯、基础等。根据任务书定出各层平面图及平面布置。本方案主体结构为双向承重框架。在进行荷载计算和构件截面估算后,选取了一榀框架进行计算,计算内容包括框架梁柱截面尺寸的选取及线刚度的计算;恒载、活载、地震作用下梁端、柱端弯矩、剪力的计算;框架内力组合;框架梁柱配筋计算;楼梯配筋计算及基础配筋计算。框架受力钢筋采用Ⅱ级钢筋,箍筋采用Ⅰ级钢筋,楼梯采用钢筋混凝土板式楼梯;由于柱网的限制,基础采用钢筋混凝土柱下独立基础。整个方案设计基本符合设计和结构要求,具有一定的合理性。
      通过对办公楼楼层平面图、剖面图、构造图的绘制和结构的设计,熟悉了设计
      的全过程,掌握了结构设计计算的基本方法,创造性地完成了毕业设计任务。同时,对这些年所学的专业知识和基本概念有了更深的理解,从而提高了分析和解决实际问题的能力。

      Multi storey frame design of office building
      [Abstract]the graduation project of this paper mainly describes the design of office building.The content of the design includes architectural design and structural design.Graduation design is a compulsory course for civil engineering.My design is office building design.The design adopts reinforced concrete cast-in-situ frame structure.The number of floors is three,the total height of the building is 13.2m,the total construction area is 2072 m2,and the floor area of the ground floor is 673 m2.According to the design requirements,the fortification intensity is 7 degrees and the seismic grade is grade III.the seismic design should be considered in the design.The design includes architectural part,structural part,stairs,foundation,etc.Determine the plan and layout of each floor according to the assignment.The main structure of this scheme is a two-way load-bearing frame.After load calculation and member section estimation,a frame is selected for calculation,including the selection of frame beam column section size and the calculation of linear stiffness;Calculation of bending moment and shear force at beam end and column end under dead load,live load and earthquake;Internal force combination of frame;Reinforcement calculation of frame beam and column;Stair reinforcement calculation and foundation reinforcement calculation.The stressed reinforcement of the frame adopts grade II reinforcement,the stirrup adopts grade I reinforcement,and the stairs adopt reinforced concrete slab stairs;Due to the limitation of column grid,the foundation adopts the independent foundation under reinforced concrete column.The whole scheme design basically meets the design and structural requirements,and has a certain rationality.
      Through the drawing of floor plan,section and structural drawing of office building and structural design,I am familiar with the design
      Master the basic method of structural design and calculation,and creatively complete the task of graduation design.At the same time,I have a deeper understanding of the professional knowledge and basic concepts learned in recent years,so as to improve the ability to analyze and solve practical problems.
