  摘要
  本设计属于多层混凝土框架结构设计,按照设计内容分为建筑和结构两部分。建筑主要是结合建筑功能情况对平面布局和立面进行表达,并对细部做法进行绘制,最终完成建筑图纸。结构设计主要是对房屋结构部分进行设计,主要是荷载估算、内力计算和截面设计。荷载估算部分首先是选取规则的一榀框架,对梁板柱的尺寸进行估算,然后结合建筑做法等对竖向或者水平荷载情况进行计算,得出在标准工况下结构的外部受力形态。内力计算是要按照受力形态,结合一榀框架构件的刚度以及线刚度,对梁板柱进行内力分析,分析过程中竖向荷载采用弯矩二次分配,水平荷载为D值法,内力分析后按照规范要求形成荷载组合。依据荷载内力组合情况,选取最不利值进行截面设计,结合构件受力形式分为正截面、斜截面和节点设计三部分。一品框架计算完成后,对单独构件(楼梯、基础等)进行设计。

  abstract
  This design belongs to the design of multi-storey concrete frame structure.According to the design content,it is divided into two parts:Architecture and structure.The building mainly expresses the plane layout and elevation in combination with the building function,draws the detailed methods,and finally completes the architectural drawings.Structural design is mainly to design the structural part of the house,mainly including load estimation,internal force calculation and section design.The load estimation part first selects a regular frame to estimate the size of beams,plates and columns,and then calculates the vertical or horizontal load in combination with the construction practices,so as to obtain the external stress form of the structure under the standard working conditions.The internal force calculation is to analyze the internal force of the beam,slab and column according to the stress form,combined with the stiffness and linear stiffness of a frame member.In the analysis process,the vertical load adopts the secondary distribution of bending moment,and the horizontal load is the D-value method.After the internal force analysis,the load combination is formed according to the requirements of the specification.According to the combination of load and internal force,the most unfavorable value is selected for section design.Combined with the stress form of members,it is divided into three parts:normal section,oblique section and node design.After the first-class frame calculation is completed,the individual components(stairs,foundation,etc.)shall be designed.
