天津某6层框架办公楼毕业设计（计算书+图纸+施组）[11745]

毕设基本摘要

摘        要
本工程为天津利通工贸有限公司办公楼，工程地点位于天津市河西区。该工程主体 为六层钢筋混凝土框架结构，基础采用桩基础。建筑面积11745㎡，总高度23.7m。该建 筑为丙类建筑物，抗震等级为二级，抗震设防烈度为7度，设计基本地震加速度值为 0.15g，设计地震分组为第一组，场地类别Ⅲ类。
本设计主要包括建筑设计和结构设计。在建筑设计中，主要依据建筑用途和设 计要求确定设计方案，并绘制建筑施工图。结构设计主要包括三部分内容：主体工程结 构设计，楼梯设计和基础设计。主体工程结构设计在建筑方案设计的基础上，依据场地 的条件和抗震的要求等来选择结构类型，进行合理的结构布置，并考虑地震作用进行内 力组合以及各构件的配筋计算；楼梯采用板式楼梯；基础设计依据地质条件，确定选用 桩基础形式，由该建筑的特点和相关要求选择桩型，并进行承台和桩身设计以及承载力 验算。

Abstract
This works for teaching and research in Liaoning Province Education Building, construction site is located in Shenyang City, Liaoning Province. The main project for the six-story reinforced concrete frame structure, basic use of pile foundation. Construction area of 11,745 square meters, with a total height of 21.6m. The building is a Class C buildings, seismic rating of three, seismic intensity of 7 degrees, the basic design earthquake acceleration value of 0.15g, designing earthquake grouped into the second group, site class
Class Ⅱ.
The design includes architectural design and structural design. In architectural design, mainly based on design requirements for construction purposes and to determine design and draw construction plans. Structural design mainly includes three parts: the main project design, staircase design and basic design. The main project design in architectural design, based on site conditions and in accordance with the requirements of such seismic structure type is selected, a reasonable structural arrangement and consider combinations of seismic forces and the role of each component of the reinforcement calculation; stairs plate type stairs; basic design basis geological conditions, determine the selection of pile foundation forms, by the characteristics of the building and asked to select the relevant pile and make caps and pile design, and Bearing Capacity.
