摘 要
施工组织设计是一个计划组织、运筹帷幄的过程。本设计是一份沥青道路的施工组织设计，根据给定的资料，通过对原始数据的分析,根据该路段的地质、地形、水文等自然条件,依据《公路工程技术标准》、《公路路线设计规范》等相关技术指标所完成的。
本设计是环景高速公路（k75+600---k76+600）段的施工组织设计，所做内容有：工程概况，工程量的计算，施工的部署，施工进度计划， 施工现场的布置管理，安全文明的施工方案，详细叙述了路面结构的施工工艺和安全文明施工措施。在这篇论文中，不仅有工程施工组织设计书，还有中英文翻译，组织机构图，现场平面布置图，施工横道图。在保证工程质量的前提下，争取做到尽可能的缩短工程工期、降低工程成本、尽早使其早日发挥功效。

Abstract
The construction organization design is a program, coups process. This design is a asphalt road the construction organization design, according to the given material, through the analysis on the original data, according to the links of the geology, topography, hydrology and other natural conditions and on the basis of "the highway engineering technical standards ", "the highway route design specification of technology index" has done.
This design is ring scene highway (k75 + 600-k76 + 600) segment of the construction organization design, do the contents: engineering survey, the project quantity calculation, the deployment of the construction, construction schedule, the layout of the construction site management, safety civilization of construction project, this paper describes the construction process of the pavement structure and safety civilized construction measures. In this thesis, not only have the design engineering construction, and Chinese and English translation, organization chart, site layout, construction to a bar chart. On the premise of ensuring the quality of projects, try to be as far as possible shorten the construction period, reduce the cost for the project, as early as possible in the early produce effect.
