  16m装配式钢筋混凝土简支T形梁桥设计
  摘要:目前,钢筋混凝土被广泛的使用于各种中小跨度的桥梁中,而且采用钢筋混凝土将是之后桥梁发展的趋势。在确定方案的过程中,根据调研及查阅资料,在此桥位上布置了装配式钢筋混凝土简支T梁桥,根据“安全、适用、经济、美观”的原则,装配式钢筋混凝土简支T梁桥,符合这些原则,并且施工工期较短,施工技术成熟,所以设计的对象为一座16m装配式钢筋混凝土简支,桥梁平面位于直线段上,全长16米,桥面宽度(桥面净宽):7(行车道)+2x1.0(人行道)米,设计荷载为公路II级人行道和栏杆自重线密度按照单侧5KNm计算,人群荷载为3.5KN/㎡设计安全等级:二级混凝土简支T形梁及横隔梁采用C40混凝土,桥面铺装上层采用0.03m沥青混凝土,下层为厚0.06~0.13m的C30混凝土,沥青混凝土重度按23KN/m3计,混凝土重度(铺装层)按25 KV/m'计。
  桥梁上部结构手算进行主梁内力分析。横向分布系数通过计算完成。内力计算结果包括基本组合、长期组合及短期组合作用下的弯矩图、剪力图、最大力图。根据内力计算结果,对主梁进行了承载能力及正常使用性能的验算。盖承载能力验算及裂缝宽度验算与抗剪验算、墩柱承载力验算及裂缝宽度验算、基承载力验算及裂缝宽度验算均由手算计算完成。根据验算结果得出结论:设计的桥梁结构是安全、经济、合理的,并满足现行规范的要求。

  16 m prefabricated reinforced concrete simply supported T beam bridge design
  Abstract:at present,reinforced concrete is widely used in a variety of small and medium-sized span Bridges,and the use of reinforced concrete will be the future trend of bridge development.In determining the scheme of the process,according to the survey and data access,the bridge on the arrangement of the precast reinforced concrete simply supported T beam bridge,according to the"safe,applicable,economic,beautiful"the principle of prefabricated reinforced concrete simply supported T beam bridge,conform to these principles,and shorter construction period,construction technology of mature,so the design of the object is a 16 m prefabricated reinforced concrete simply supported bridge is located in a straight line,plane 16 miles in length and bridge deck width(bridge deck width):7(driveway)+2 x1.0(pavement)m,Design load for class II highway pavement railings and calculate according to the unilateral 5 KNM weight of linear density,the crowd load of 3.5 KN/㎡design safety level:the secondary concrete simply supported T beam and cross beam insulation adopts the C40 concrete,the top of the deck surfacing with 0.03 m of asphalt concrete,the bottom is 0.06~0.13 m thick C30 concrete,asphalt concrete heavy at 23 KN/m3,heavy concrete(pavement)by 25 KV/m'.
  The internal force analysis of bridge superstructure is carried out by hand calculation.The transverse distribution coefficient is calculated.The results of internal force calculation include moment diagram,shear diagram and maximum force diagram under the action of basic combination,long-term combination and short-term combination.According to the result of internal force calculation,the bearing capacity and normal performance of the main girder are checked.The checking calculation of the bearing capacity of the cover,the checking calculation of the crack width,the checking calculation of the pier bearing capacity,the checking calculation of the crack width,the checking calculation of the base bearing capacity and the checking calculation of the crack width were all completed by hand.It is concluded that the designed bridge structure is safe,economical and reasonable and meets the requirements of the current code.
