    摘要
    本设计为一高层教学楼,地上共10层。房屋总建筑高度40.05m。其中,一层为中庭,层高4.5m;其余各层层高均为3.9m。房屋所在地区的抗震设防烈度为7度,设计基本地震加速度为0.15g,Ⅲ类场地,设计地震分组为第一组。结构主体采用现浇钢筋混凝土框架-剪力墙结构体系,剪力墙沿楼、电梯间进行布置。基础采用长螺旋钻孔压灌砼旋喷打孔桩。
    本设计由5部分组成:绪论,建筑设计、结构设计、施工组织设计和结语。建筑设计中,充分考虑了消防和疏散的要求,设楼梯4部、电梯2部。砌筑墙均采用陶粒混凝土空心砌块,内墙厚200mm,外墙厚400mm。结构设计主要包括:结构平面布置、刚度计算、内力计算和配筋计算 。确定结构方案时确保各构件的传力路径简单、明确,受力可靠;遵循“均匀、对称、分散、周边”的原则布置剪力墙,通过剪力墙和框架的布置来控制各构件刚度,进而使整个结构的刚度特征值处于合理范围;在进行结构设计时,部分板采用空心板,取1m宽板带按T型截面进行设计;内力计算包括进行竖向荷载和水平荷载作用下的内力计算,首先根据协同工作原理将荷载分配至框架(普通框架和壁式框架)和剪力墙;求出内力后,根据强柱弱梁,强剪弱弯的抗震设计原则,对组合后内力进行调整,采用调整后的内力进行配筋计算。采用平面整体表示法绘制施工图,图面表达力求规范,详尽和美观。施工组织设计包括工程目标、施工准备工作计划、施工方案和施工方法、施工措施、施工进度计划和施工总平面图等内容。

    Abstract
    This design was for a high-rise teaching building with 10 stories. The total height of the building was 40.05m, including a story with 4.5m atrium and 9 stories with 3.9m high. The seismic fortification intensity of building location was 7 degree, site of category Ⅲ, the basic seismic design acceleration was 0.15g and the classification of design earthquake was the first group. Cast-in-situ reinforced concrete frame-shearwall structure was adopted in the main part of structure and shearwalls were arranged along the stair and elevator rooms. The long helical drilling hole pressure irrigation concrete rotary spray reaming pile foundations were adopted.
    There were 5 parts in this design, including introduction, architectural design, structural design, construction organization design and conclusions. In the architectural design part, considering about the requirements of fire protection and evacuation, four stairs and two elevators were distributed. Concrete hollow blocks were adopted in masonary walls, and the interior walls were 200mm thickness while the exterior walls were 400mm. In structural design, structural arrangement, calculations of rigidity, internal force, reinforcement and design of prestressed members were included. The load path should be designed simple、definite and reliable.The shear walls were arranged based on the principles of uniform, symmetrical, peripheral and dispersed. The characteristic value of stiffness of the whole structure was controlled in a reasonable range by controlling the rigidity of shearwalls and frames, which depended on the size of the members. In structural design, hollow board was used, choose one- meter –wide plate to calculate according to the T section. The internal forces of vertical and horizontal loads were calculated, load effect combinations were firstly performed reasonably, and the internal forces should be distributed to frames (including the common frames and the wall frames) and shearwalls according to the principle of cooperative work.The internal forces were adjusted according to the seismic design principle of strong column and weak beam and strong shear capacity and weak bending capacity, and reinforcement calculation was performed based on the adjusted value. The construction drawings were completed by plane integration expression method, and expression in drawings should be as normative, detailed and beautiful as possible. The construction organization design included project objective、programme of preparatory works and the resources requirement plan.、construction scheme and method、construction measures、construction schedule and construction general layout.
