摘要：本工程为一底层商用，楼上办公的综合楼，属都江堰市灾后重建项目。采用框架结构设计，八度设防。结构层数主体三层，局部四层。
本设计按国家最新规范、标准执行。建筑上集现代办公建筑与川西民居风格为一体，并结合都江堰旅游城市的现实状况进行设计，满足使用功能，并综合考虑消防、无障碍设计、保温节能等；结构采取PKPM软件电算，并选取一榀典型框架手算复核，竖向荷载作用力下框架内力计算采用弯矩分配法，水平荷载作用力下框架内力计算采用D值法，水平地震力作用下框架内力计算采用底部剪力法，力求稳固，安全。达到经济、适用、美观的目的。
