摘要
本次设计为西宁地区1000吨果品冷藏库制冷工艺设计,该库为分配性冷藏库。
根据建筑和冷藏工艺流程的要求及冷藏库的功能,并结合冷藏库要求的存储容量及果品堆码方式,确定了冷藏间的间数及平面尺寸和房间高度。根据保温要求,对冷藏库围护结构保温材料进行了选择,通过比较最终确定选用硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料和泡沫混凝土作为本次设计的冷藏库围护结构的保温材料,并计算保温层厚度,通过校核计算验证本设计确定的围护结构总热阻大于最小总热阻,围护结构的隔汽防潮层蒸气渗透阻满足要求。
本次设计高温冷藏间设计为4间,库温为0℃,相对湿度90%,4间容量800 吨,2间容量400吨,大小搭配,便于调节与灵活储存。整个库房的公称容积为5832,机械负荷为109 kW高温冷藏间设计为4间,库温为0℃,相对湿度90%,4间容量1200 吨,2间容量600吨,整个库房的公称容积为6480,机械负荷为444 kW。设置宽为6 m的常温穿堂,兼作预冷间。考虑到经济和无污染,制冷剂采用氨制冷剂,为保证供液稳定,制冷系统采用氨泵供液。库内冷分配设备采用冷风机,为满足库内果品对空气流速的要求,通过气流组织计算,采用均匀风道送风方式。冷风机的融霜采用热氨融霜与水冲霜相结合的方式。
冷却水系统选用循环水系统,以自来水作补水。

Abstract
     The graduation design is about 1000-ton fruit storage which is situated in Yan’an region. It can be used for the distributive application.  
According to the requirement of refrigeration process and function of coldstorage for apples, the number of store rooms, plane size and the room hight have been determined to need the depositing capacity and the way of putting up fruits piles. The building enclosure thermal insulation material is determined to be flinty polyurethane foam plastics and foam concrete.
     The cold storage is divided into four cold storage rooms which inner temperature is 0 OC, Four 800 ton rooms and two 400-ton rooms design is advantageous for the adjustment and the flexible store. The total nominal volume is 5832m3 and the total mechanical load is109 kW. High temperature cold storage design of 4 rooms, library temperature 0 ℃, relative humidity 90%, 4 between the capacity of 1200 tons, 2 between the capacity of 600 tons, the entire warehouse nominal capacity is 6480, mechanical load is 444 kW. The lobby Establishes is 6m wide, and of normal temperature, which can be also used for precooling. Considered the issues of economy and environmental protection, the refrigerant ischosen to be ammonia. The refrigeration system uses ammonia pump feed flow. In store rooms, cooling fan is used to satisfy the requirement of air distribution for storing the fruits. The frost of cooling fans is melted by combination of hot ammonia vapor and water..
     The cooling water system is also calculated and desined in thiis project. .
