摘要
本设计进行的是陕西省宝鸡市，地上二十一层，占地44152平方米,建筑高度99.85m,商业广场通风空调系统的设计。现代商业广场建筑主要是供人们休闲、娱乐和办公综合的商业楼，主要功能房间有商场、办公室、健身房、游泳池等，通过供给新风改变室内空气品质，空调制冷制热改变室内空气温度，为人们提供适宜的工作环境，保证其工作质量。
在高层建筑设计中，防火和防烟分区的划分是十分重要的。有的高层建筑规模大、空间大，尤其是商业楼等综合楼，可燃物较多，一旦期货，火势蔓延迅速、温度高，烟气也会迅速扩散，必然造成重大的经济损失和人身重大伤亡。因此，在高层建筑中，防排烟系统也是至关重要的，合理的设计划分防火防烟分区，势必减少突发事件中不必要的经济损失和人员伤亡。
首先，查看图纸，收集工程信息，查阅当地气象参数，初步进行方案论证，对其各个房间进行负荷计算，通过计算校核选择合适的设备（风机盘管、新风机组等），计算空调系统排风量，设计空调排风系统，计算设计防排烟系统，然后针对平面图进行设备布置，在草图上初步绘制出风管水管铺设位置，并进行水力计算，计算其所需风管、水管的管道尺寸，校核管道风速，最后绘制施工图。

In the design of high-rise building, fire and smoke control zoning is very important. Some high-rise building large scale, large space, especially the commercial building, comprehensive building, combustible matter more, once the futures, the rapid spread of fire, high temperature, smoke will spread rapidly, inevitably causing heavy casualties of great economic loss and personal. Therefore, in a high-rise building, smoke control system is also very important, reasonable design division of fire smoke control area, is bound to reduce unnecessary economic loss and casualties in the event of an emergency.
First of all, view drawings, collect project information, access to the local meteorological parameters, make the preliminary demonstration program, calculate the load of its rooms, choose appropriate equipment through the calculation (fan coil, air supply unit etc.), calculate exhaust air volume air in conditioning system, design of air conditioning and ventilation system, design and calculation of smoke extraction system .And then figure and equipment layout for the the plane, preliminary draw the wind pipe laying position in the sketch, and make hydraulic calculation, make calculation of the required pipe duct, pipe size, check the pipeline wind speed, finally draw system construction plans.
