[暖通毕业设计文档] 兰州市某教学楼室内采暖系统及室外管网设计

摘  要
本设计是兰州市某教学楼室内采暖系统及室外管网设计。建筑物室内采暖采用散热器采暖,热水热媒温度为95 ℃/70 ℃。系统形式采用机械循环上供下回垂直单管顺流式系统。
首先进行热负荷的计算,然后选择合适经济的供暖系统,在此基础上,通过对散热器的比较,选择性能好且经济的四柱760型散热器。由于采用上供下回单管系统,根据各房间热负荷可以计算出每间房屋所需的散热片数量。其次,设计系统管路,绘制水力计算草图,进行水力计算,求出并联环路的不平衡率,对于不平衡率较大的并联管路用立管阀门进行节流。
最后进行室外管网的设计,包括计算区域的供暖热负荷,并绘制热负荷随室外温度变化曲线;确定供热调节方法,绘制供热调节曲线图;进行室外管网布置,根据各用户热负荷进行水力计算,对管道进行热补偿。还要确定定压方式,绘制出该供热管网的水压图,对管网进行保温,选择保温材料及其对应管径的保温层厚度。

ABSTRACT
The indoor and outdoor heating system design of a university teaching buildings in lanzhou are presented. It is radiator heating system with radiator heating system to 95 ℃ / 70 ℃ hot water as heat medium, mechanical cycle for reference next time vertical single-pipe heating system.
First, calculates the system’s thermal load and then select the appropriate and economical heating system. On this basis, by comparison of the radiator, the performance good and economy Sizhu760 type heat sink was selected. Due to reference next time single-tube system, according to the room heating load can be calculated for each heat sink required for the number of houses. Second, for system piping design, drawing floor plans and system map layers. For hydraulic calculation, find the parallel circuit of the unbalanced rate, the rate for the large imbalance in parallel with the riser pipe to throttle valve.
Finally the design of the outdoor pipe network, including the total area of calculates the system thermal load, and draw thermal load change with outdoor temperature curve; Determine the method of heating regulation, plot of heating regulation; For outdoor pipes, thermal load for hydraulic calculation, according to the users of pipeline thermal compensation. To determine the way of constant pressure, draw out the heating pipe network pressure diagram, for thermal insulation for pipe network, select heat preservation material and the corresponding diameter of insulation layer thickness.
