摘 要
本次设计是关于高层建筑给水排水工程的设计，具体包括：给水系统、消防系统、排水系统。
在给水系统的设计中，本次设计采用分区给水的方式。低区采用从市政外网直接供水的方式，高区采用变频泵直接供水方式。供水可靠性较好，投资少，设备布置集中，便于维护管理以及维修等特点。
该建筑为高层住宅。建筑防火等级属于中危险级Ⅰ级，设计内容包括消火栓系统和自动喷淋系统。在屋顶水箱间内设实验用消火栓装置，各消火栓箱内设消防水泵启动电钮，能直接启动消防泵；室外设墙壁式水泵结合器，其中水箱应贮存10min消防水量。地下室采用湿式自动喷水灭火系统.
本设计采用污废水分流排放体制。污水采用异层排水方式，废水采用同层排水方式，污水经化粪池处理后排放到市政管网。雨水采用独立的排水系统，雨水设专门的雨水立管排入市政雨水管道。
在本次设计过程之中，主要的依据是（高层建筑给水排水设计规范，高层建筑防火规范，自动喷洒设计规范以及建筑给水排水硬聚氯乙烯管道设计规范）。通过本次设计，了解了高层建筑给水排水及消防系统的细节。

Abstract
This design is a high residential buildings about the water supply, including indoor supply system, fightwater system, sewage system.
The design water supply system adopted separate water supply, This construction ground one to ground four by outdoor municipal administration pipe network direct water supply, and water supply system of another section, high section,uses the variable-speed pump. Installation pipe is little, Inwestment saves, Facility location is centralized , being conven ient for, the protection is administerd, not occupy upper floor space strong point.
The construction is used for residenial building. This building fire protection rank belongs to the dangerous level Ⅰ, the design content including the fire hydrant system and sprays automatically system. In supposes the experimental fire hydrant installment in the roof water tank between, The button equipped in each fire hydrant’s box to start pump,which can start the fire pump directly. and the type of pump’s couple equipped wall outsides. The water tank ought to be keep in storage 10min’s fire fighting water in it. The underground supposes the closed type to spray the system automatically.
The sewage system adopts the combined sewer overflow of system. The backwash adopts iso-layer drain of the system. and the domestic sewage adopts vacuum drain. Sewage through septic tanks flowed into the municipal pipe network .The storm system adopted inside row of means as to the building main part,. But adopt inward line’s system to the municipal pipelines
Be living in the design process, chiefly in the light of the high-rise to water the norm drain away water, high-rise fireproof norm along with sprinkles the design criteria voluntarily, penetrate to the design from start to finish. Design by mean of present, comprehend the norm demand that the high-rise to water is drained away water the fire fighting system.
