京沪高速铁路客运专线张夏隧道设计
摘要
京沪高速铁路是国内投资规模最大、技术含量最高的一项工程,也是我国第一条具有世界先进水平的高速铁路,正线全长约1318公里,与既有京沪铁路的走向大体并行,全线为新建双线,设计时速350公里,初期运营时速300公里,共设置24个客运车站。该项工程预5年左右完成,2010年投入运营。
京沪高速铁路建成后,与既有京沪铁路实现客货分流。新建的高速铁路为客运专线,既有的京沪铁路为货运主线。届时,北京至上海高速列车全程运行时间只需5小 时,比目前京沪间特快列车缩短9小时左右,年输送旅客单方向可达8000余万人,大大释放既有京沪铁路的能力,使既有京沪线单向年货运能力达1.3亿吨以 上,使其成为大能力货运通道,从而满足京沪通道客货运输需求,从根本上解决京沪通道运输能力紧张的状况,真正实现“人便其行、货畅其流”。
张夏隧道进口里程为DK427+980,出口里程DK428+672,隧道全长692米。隧道主要穿越低山区,具有复杂环境条件下隧道工程特点。
根据该工程特殊地质情况与大断面张夏隧道的特点,对隧道VI、V级围岩下的支护结构、各种围岩条件下的施工方法、监测、洞门等进行设计。本隧道采用全封闭防水型衬砌结构,利用ANSYS软件,根据隧道埋深与地质的情况,得出隧道在山岭段二次衬砌中的受力与变形进行验算,并得出验算结果。高速铁路与一般铁路的最大区别是要考虑到空气动力学效应,因此在衬砌的拟定上,不仅考虑了机车车辆类型、行车条件、线路条件等,同时也结合了高速列车隧道空气动力学的影响。

ABSTRACT
      Beijng-Shanghai High-Speed Rail Passenger Line is the largest and the highest technological content of a project, but also China's first world-class high-speed railway. The whole line of it is about 1318 kilometers, with the existing Beijing-Shanghai railway parallel to the general, across the board for the new two-lane, the design speed 350kilometers, the initial period operation speed 300 kilometers, altogether establishes 24 passenger stations.
     After the completion of the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway, with already has the Beijing to Shanghai railroad realization passengers and cargo to diverge. By then, the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed train running the whole time just five hours, than at present between the Beijing-Shanghai express train about nine hours shorter, in a one-way passenger transport up to 8,000 million, a significant release of both the capacity of the Beijing-Shanghai Railway, so that the existing Beijing-Shanghai line of one-way cargo capacity was 130 million tons more than the ability to become a major freight routes, the Beijing-Shanghai route to meet passenger and freight transport demand, a fundamental solution to the Beijing-Shanghai-channel transport capacity of the state of tension, real " people by their deeds, smooth flow of goods. "

The import mileage of Zhangxia tunnel is DK427+980, export mileage isDK428 +672, and the total length of this tunnel is 672 meters. This tunnel pass through low-relief terrain. This project characteistics has the complex environment.
    According to the special geological conditions and engineering large section of the Liuyang River Tunnel features, many things had been designed, such as the rock-supporting structure under the IV- V of the tunnel, the construction methods in all kinds of rock under the conditions, monitoring and so on. The tunnel was closed by the whole structure of water-resistant lining. According to the depth and geological condition of the tunnel, the forces and deformations of the 2nd lining for the obtained tunnel had been calculated, by the using of ANSYS software. High-speed railway with the greatest difference between conventional rail is to take into account the aerodynamic effects, and therefore the formulation of the lining, not only takes into account the type of rolling stock, road conditions, route conditions, as well as a combination of high-speed train tunnel aerodynamic effects of .
