[岩土毕业设计文档] 地基基础及地下工程综合设计

湖南省公安厅机关一院办公区地下车库位于长沙市八一路,湖南省公安厅机关一院内。总占地面积6537.27平方米,总建筑面积12812.97平方米。拟建建筑物为二层地下车库,采用框架结构体系。地坪正负标高为41.70m,基坑开挖底板标高为33.20m。开挖最大深度为8.5m,二号车库局部开挖深度约3.0m,基坑支护面积约3335平方米。本设计为临时支护,设计使用年限小于等于两年。
本设计方案为一号地下车库DE段,距基坑东北3.7m出为一七层建筑物,其条形基础埋深1.8m。


摘    要
本次设计是基坑支护,基础工程,地基处理和隧道设计的综合设计,设计分为湖南省公安厅办公区新建地下车库基坑支护DE段、某综合楼筏型基础设计、二级公路深厚软土地基处理和梨子坪隧道设计四个部分。
基坑支护部分采用单层支锚和土钉支护两种方案。计算出桩的嵌固深度以及桩身最大弯矩,设置一根预应力锚杆,减少状体的截面尺寸使设计和计算方法更加趋于合理。接着算出桩配筋,再计算出锚杆的长度以及杆体参数。利用理正深基坑5.3对该工程进行了单层支锚的验算和土钉墙支护方案的设计。
基础工程部分设计考虑到上层荷载的分布及大小采用平板式筏基,再确定筏板厚度、尺寸、验算地基承载力、验算地基变形之后开始进行筏板的内力计算。本工程采用刚性板条法进行计算,计算出最大弯矩之后进行配筋计算,最后采用睿特造价管理平台2010进行概预算的计算。
软土地基处理是处理一深61m深厚软土地基的二级公路,同样在参考水文地质特点,工程特点以及技术经济要求的情况下,确定采用排水固结法和水泥搅拌桩复合地基法进行设计计算。分别计算其地基承载力,变形,通过工程量的对比确定确定最有设计方案。
地下结构的设计是设计的梨子坪公路隧道。隧道的设计是一个相对更加复杂,繁琐的过程。梨子坪隧道是复合衬砌隧道,采用正台阶法光面爆破掘进的隧道,通过结构的内力计算确定最大正负弯矩从而计算出衬砌配筋。结构计算完毕之后进行施工设计。施工设计考虑到隧道施工的循环性,从爆破、初支、二衬等都需要有严格的流程控制,同时隧道施工同时其防水,通风,照明,监控测量方面都是需要同步跟进的。

The foundation and underground engineering design
Abstract
The design is a comprehensive design which include foundation pit supporting、foundation engineering、foundation treatment and tunnel design. The design is divided into Hunan Provincial Public Security office new underground garage foundation pit support DE segment, the four parts of integrity buildinger floor raft foundation design, deep soft soil foundation treatment of secondary roads and Liziping tunnel design .
The part of foundation pit supporting introduce the single-layer support anchor and soil nailing.Calculate the pile embedded depth and pile the maximum bending moment, setting aprestressed anchor to reduce the size of the cross-section of the pile ,so it makes the methods to become more rational. Then calculate the pile reinforcement,and then calculate the length of the bolt and rod parameters. Use Lizheng Geological Structure Designing 5.3 to checking calculation the single-layer support anchor,and design the soil nailing wall anchor program .
The part of foundation engineering use raft foundation because of the upper  load and distribution forms, and then determine the thickness of the raft, size, and Foundation Bearing Capacity checking of ground deformation began after a raft ofinternal force calculation. This project uses the rigid lath method to calculate.The  Ruite management software of construction costs calculating the cost of building at last.
The foundation treatment is to deal with a depth of 61m deep soft soil of the secondary roads,.Reference hydrogeological characteristics, project characteristics and the technical and economic requirements,I decide to use drained consolidation method and cement bearing capacity of a composite foundation. to calculate the bearing capacity of foundation deformation respectively, and then choose the best method by comparing them.
The design of underground structures is Liziping tunnel. The design of the tunnel is a more complex and tedious process. Liziping Tunnel is a composite lining tunnels, a positive step method of smooth blasting excavation of the tunnel lining reinforcement in order to estimate the structure of the internal force calculation to determine the maximum positive and negative bending moments. Structure calculation has finished the construction design. Construction design took into account the tunneling cycle, and so the need for strict process control from the bursting of the early support, two lining, tunnel construction while its waterproof, ventilation, lighting, monitoring measurements are need to be synchronized.
