摘要
本次毕业设计的主要内容是对综合大楼进行中央空调系统设计及通风设计。该建筑位于福州市，共有十一层,建筑面积为42900平米。一、二、三、四层是商场、和餐厅，层高为4.5米，三层以上都是客房，层高为2.97米。在技术设计上侧重于一、二、三、四层的中央空调系统设计及地下室的通风设计。根据房间的功能和设计要求，风系统分别采用了风机盘加新风和一次回风两种系统；水系统采用异程式系统。本次设计涉及到空调系统的划分，冷热负荷的计算，空调设备的选型，风管的水力计算及布置，房间气流组织计算，管道的消声、防震、保温设计，冷冻机房设计，水系统的划分，水管的水力计算及水管布置,水泵和通风机的选择。

Abstract
The topic of my graduation design is the comprehensive ventilation, and central air-conditioning system design of. multifunctional building. The building is located on guilin, and the earas is about 42900 square meters. One, two, three, four-storey are shopping malls, and restaurants whears the others height is 4.5 meters. The design is focus on the central air-conditioning system design of one, two, three and four floor, and the ventilation of the underground. According to the function room and the design requirements, there are two preject are adopted, the fan disk pulsing new wind and returnd cycle air system. The design project of water system is the different programming system. The air conditioning system, the calculation of cold and heat load, the selection of air-conditioning, duct hydraulic calculation and the layout, room air distribution, pipelines muffler resistance, thermal design, and the design of refrigerated room are thought over. The water system division, plumbing and hydraulic calculation of the layout of pipes, pumps and fan choice, ventilation and air conditioning system.
