供热工程是以热水或蒸汽作为热媒为用热系统提供热能的供热系统和集中工人热系统。供暖系统是以人工技术把热源的热量通过热媒输送管道送到热用户的散热设备，以保持室内的适宜环境。集中供热系统是由热源、热力网、热用户三部分组成。本设计为北京市某小区热网和热力站系统设计。要求根据给定的建筑资料和原始资料给这个住宅小区设计一套安全可靠、经济合理的系统。研究的内容有：供暖系统设计热负荷、供暖方案的确定、集中供热系统及其水力计算、水压图的绘制、换热器的选型计算、水泵和水箱的选择计算、管道的保温、附件的选择、热力站平面布置及相关内容、工程经济技术分析等几个章节，并且通过CAD制图，通过比较分析，指定出最为合适的方案，然后进行相关的设计，务必使本设计达到一定的宽度和深度。在本设计中，大部分体现出来的是对工程技术的基本解程度，对本专业知识的熟练程度，更加体现了对个人查阅资料、独立解决问题的能力。小区热源为城市集中供热源，设小区集中热力站。热力站使用板式换热器，板式换热器换热效率高，设备占地小，应用非常广泛。本设计住宅采用集中供热分户热计量，小区外网系统采用枝状形式，其布置简单，金属耗量小，基建投资小，运行管理方便。供热管道的直径，随距热源越远而逐渐减小；且力求管线最短，这样既可以减少管材又节省劳动力；且在各分支处设置检查井，便于检修。

abstract
The heat supply project is a heat supply system and a centralized worker's heat system that uses hot water or steam as the heat medium to provide heat energy for the heat using system.The heating system is a kind of heat dissipation equipment that uses manual technology to transfer heat from heat source to heat users through the heat medium transmission pipeline,so as to maintain a suitable indoor environment.The central heating system is composed of three parts:heat source,heating network and heat user.This design is the design of heating network and heating station system of a residential area in Beijing.It is required to design a safe,reliable,economical and reasonable system for this residential area according to the given construction data and original data.The research contents include the following chapters:design heat load of heating system,determination of heating scheme,central heating system and its hydraulic calculation,drawing of water pressure diagram,selection calculation of heat exchanger,selection calculation of water pump and water tank,insulation of pipeline,selection of accessories,layout of heating station and related contents,engineering economic and technical analysis,etc.The most appropriate scheme is designated through CAD drawing and comparative analysis,Then carry out relevant design,and make sure that the design reaches a certain width and depth.In this design,most of them reflect the basic understanding of engineering technology,the proficiency of this professional knowledge,and the ability to consult personal data and solve problems independently.The heat source of the residential area is the urban central heating source,and the residential area central heating station is set.The heat station uses plate heat exchanger,which has high heat exchange efficiency,small equipment area and wide application.In this design,the residential area adopts centralized heating and household heat metering,and the external network system of the residential area adopts the dendritic form,which is simple in layout,small in metal consumption,small in infrastructure investment,and convenient in operation and management.The diameter of the heating pipe decreases with the distance from the heat source;The pipeline shall be the shortest as far as possible,so as to reduce pipe materials and save labor;Inspection wells are set at each branch for maintenance.
