观湖花园二期6#住宅楼施工组织设计
摘要：本设计是针对观湖花园二期6#楼住宅楼所做的施工组织设计，其位于天津市武清区。建筑面积为6133.77平方米，建筑层数为7层，总建筑高度是23.9m，室内外高差
5.600m。本高层住宅采用钢筋混凝土剪力墙结构，结构类别为三类，合理使用年限为50年，抗震设防烈度为7度。
本设计针对住宅的使用功能要求，现浇钢筋混凝土剪力墙结构、支撑体系、钢筋绑扎、模板拆除等施工工艺难度大的特点，做出相应的施工方案和部署。在施工设计过程中对关键工序实行方案先行，严格控制工期、质量及材料等环节，合理的布置施工现场，尽量减少施工用地，使平面布置紧凑合理。严格挑选分承包方和分供方，保证材料进场时间，保证进行流水施工顺序，达到以最短的工期、最优质的质量实现用户的满意。

This design is designed to meet the functional requirements of residential use,as well as the high difficulty of construction techniques such as cast-in-place reinforced concrete shear wall structures,support systems,steel bar binding,and formwork removal.Corresponding construction plans and deployments are made.In the construction design process,key processes are planned first,and the construction period,quality,and materials are strictly controlled.The construction site is arranged reasonably to minimize construction land and make the layout compact and reasonable.Strictly select subcontractors and suppliers,ensure the entry time of materials,ensure the sequence of flow construction,and achieve user satisfaction with the shortest construction period and highest quality.
