摘要
本工程为济宁市市中区幼儿园楼施工组织设计，是多层民用建筑，总建筑面积为2773 m'，其中基底面积971.4m是三层框架结构，基础形式为柱下独立基础，房屋高度为10.8m。防火设计的建筑分类为二类；其耐火等级为二级。屋面防水等级为二级，防水层合理使用年限为15年。建筑结构安全等级为二级，设防类别为重点设防类，结构类别为三类建筑，使用年限为50年，抗震设防烈度为6度，框架抗震等级为四级。本次施工组织设计，以图纸为依据，结合实际的施工，编制出施工计划，绘制出施工进度图。
具体来讲，在施工组织设计中，我们先确定总的施工方案，明确施工工艺，在根据分部分项工程的特点，制定出每个分项工程的施工计划与关键技术。根据场地的实际地形，绘制出施工平面布置图。其中，还包括安全措施、突发事件、应急措施……我们加入当前土木行业中的先进工艺与前沿科技，使我们的设计更加详细、具体、科学，便于实际施工。关键词：框架结构、施工组织设计、施工进度图

This project is the construction organization design of the kindergarten building in Shizhong District,Jining City.It is a multi story civil building with a total construction area of 2773 meters.The base area is 971.4 meters,which is a three story frame structure.The foundation form is an independent foundation under the column,and the height of the house is 10.8 meters.The classification of buildings in fire protection design is Class II;Its fire resistance rating is level 2.The waterproof level of the roof is level 2,and the reasonable service life of the waterproof layer is 15 years.The safety level of the building structure is Level 2,the fortification category is key fortification category,the structural category is Class III building,the service life is 50 years,the seismic fortification intensity is 6 degrees,and the seismic fortification level of the frame is Level 4.This construction organization design is based on drawings and combined with actual construction to prepare a construction plan and draw a construction progress chart.
