某大学5层建筑馆毕业设计(计算书+图纸)[面积16100]

毕设基本摘要

摘要
本工程为 学院主校区建筑馆,总长89.27米,宽58.2米,总高24.5米。此建筑包含建筑学院馆和合班教室两部分,总建筑面积约16100平方米。东侧为建筑学院,共五层,标准层高3.6米,西侧为合班教室,主体部分五层,标准层高4.2米,局部设半地下室,安排计算机中心,并采用井字格梁。上部结构均为全现浇的钢筋混凝土框架结构。
此工程场地为二类第一组,结构抗震等级为三级,混凝土强度取C30 。填充墙墙体为200厚加气混凝土块,门为木门,门洞尺寸为单门0.9m×2.7m,双门1.5m×2.7m,窗为塑钢窗,洞口尺寸为2.1m×1.8m,楼板厚度取100mm,梁截面按梁跨度的1/12—1/8估算,标准柱(除合班教室楼梯部分及沉降缝的走廊部分外)的截面尺寸均采用600mm×600mm。每人需取一榀框架进行手工计算:首先要选取楼面、屋面等部分的做法,进行重力荷载代表值的统计,而后是框架侧移刚度的计算,水平荷载作用下框架结构的内力和侧移计算。之后还要做竖向荷载作用下框架结构的内力计算,进行横向框架梁、柱的内力组合,接着便可以截面设计:框架梁、框架柱正截面纵筋的配置,斜截面箍筋的配置,以及楼板内纵筋的配置。罕遇地震下弹塑性变形还需要验算,最后是楼梯、基础、雨硼等细部构件的计算配筋。这些计算完成后就可以在微机上利用CAD画图,利用PKPM建模,直至出图。每人至少要完成六张A1的图纸。
本建筑的创新点在于两部分均设天井庭院;西侧设半地下室,并采用井字梁格的型式;东侧地基为阶梯型,基础采用联合基础;东门以上墙体为玻璃幕墙,房间均为外廊式;屋顶排水为女儿墙外排水,设一定数量的雨水管。
经过几个月日日夜夜的忙碌,终于看到了自己丰硕的成果,将老师布置的设计任务圆满完成。这次设计对于我是一次重大的挑战,也是一次难得的锻炼。它将我们大学四年学到的知识融汇到了一起,应用到了实践中,是每个同学一生中难得的宝贵财富。






Abstract
The engineering is a building at main school area of engineering school in Hebei Province.The total lenth is 89.27 meter, the width is 58.2 meter,the total height is 24.5 meter .This building contains architecture academe and joint classrooms,the total area is 16100 square meter.The east is architecture academe of five floors,the standard height of each floor is 3.6 meter,the west is joint classrooms,the main part is five floors, the standard height of each floor is 4.2 meter, in local part there are half basement .And in it there are rooms of computer center and it use well girder. The upside is ferroconcrete frame clsss.
The ground of engineering is the firsr team of second kind .The anti- earthquake grade is the third level, Concrete strength is C30. The fill wall is concrete block and is 200 millimeter thick , the door made of wood .The dimension of single door is 0.9m×2.7m and the dimension of double door is 1.5m×2.7m.The window is steel window and its dimension is 2.1m×1.8m.the deep of floor is 100 millimeter thick.the height of girder is of 1/12—1/8 length of girder.The section dimension of standard columniation(get rid of part of joint classrooms and sink to decline to sew of corridor) is 600mm×600mm. Everone need to calculate one frame :First,to choose modus operandi of floor and housetop and to Stat. weight load. Second , to Stat. dgreed of frame and internal force of frame at level . Third, to Stat. dgreed of frame and internal force of frame at vertical.to assembled internal force of girder and columniation in frame .
After that ,we can design section: the scheme of steel in girder and columniation of frame at obverse section.And the scheme of steel of girder and columniation in frame at oblique section .And the scheme of steel in floor.We also need to checking computations distortion at earthquake.The end is to scheme steel in ladder,base, shed and so on.We can draw use of CAD and modeling use of PKPM in computer after all of those  are complished .Everone need to accomplish six pieces of paper of A1 at least.
The innovation of this engineering is to set up dooryard at two part and basement in west and it use well girder.The groundsill made of ladder shape in east.The base is united .There is glass proscenia at the door of east .The drainage at roof is daughter's wall drainage.and there also have some storm sewers.
We can see our production passed of several months.We complished design mission perfectly.This design is a gread challenge to me and also a hard-won exercise.It make our knowledge that learn from the four years get together.And apply to practice.This is a wealth to our ever classmate.
