毕设基本摘要
摘 要
本次毕业设计对深圳龙岗实验中学6#教学楼进行了设计。根据设计任务、建筑规划方案和建筑场地岩土工程勘察资料,在遵循“适用、安全、经济、美观”的设计原则和国家有关现行建筑结构设计规范与标准的基础上,进行了6#教学楼的建筑与结构初步设计,获得了该建筑物初步设计阶段的建筑CAD设计图纸与技术指标,确定了结构布置方案与结构计算模型。6#教学楼建筑占地面积约600m2,总建筑面积约2868m2,建筑总高度23.5m,采用钢筋混混凝土框架结构,预应力管桩基础,主要柱网尺寸为9m×9m,主体结构五层,局部六层,建筑物防火等级二级,抗震设防烈度6度。基于钢筋混凝土结构、框架结构与基础工程设计原理,选取该教学楼的⑥轴线一榀框架作为手算对象,并建立了计算模型和进行了结构计算,其中恒载和活载的计算采用二次弯矩分配法,风荷载的计算采用D值法,还进行了屋面板、楼面板、次梁、楼梯和基础等的设计计算。根据PKPM结构设计软件计算结果和部分结构手工计算结果的对比分析,完成了结构配筋设计与图纸的CAD绘制输出。

Abstract
The object of this graduation project is teaching building No.6 in Longgang Shiyan middle school, Shenzhen city. On the basis of the design assignment, construction plan, and the report of geotechnical engineering investigation and in accordance with the design principle of “applicability、safety、economy、aesthetic”and the present codes and standards of the architectural and structural design, the primary architectural and structural design of building is carried out. After getting the architectural drawing from CAD design, the anthor decides the structural scheme and the structural calculation model. The site area and the total building area is about 600 and 2160 square meters respectively. The total height of the teaching building is 23.5m. is the reinforced concrete frame structure, and the underground structure is pre-stressed tube piles foundation. The main network of frame structure for the building is 9m×9m.The main structure is 5 storeies, partly 6 storeies. The fire resistant rating of the building is 2 grades,and the earthquake fortification intersity is 6 degree. Based on the fundamental principles of the reinforced concrete structure & framework structure and the foundation structure, the ⑥ axis frame is chosen as an object of the model established and the calculation by hand for the structure design of the teaching building. Here the moment redistribution method is applied in the calculation of dead loads and live loads,and matrix displacement method is used to calculating the wind loads. During the process of internal force combination, the calculation of full span distribution load is considered ,and the most disadvantageous load effect combination can be obtained, hence the reinforcement for this structural members is carried out. There are also calculation of the reinforcement on the slabs, beams, stairs and foundation. Other calculation of the structures design for the building is carried out by software PKPM. Finally based on the analysis and comparison of the calculating results by software PKPM and by hand, the structural design and its CAD drawings are finished.
