某大学5层钢框架图书馆毕业设计（计算书+图纸）[面积7498]

毕设基本摘要

摘  要
本建筑为  XXX图书馆，位于沈阳市区。共五层，底层为书库，二层为借阅大厅，三至五层为办公用房，总建筑面积：7498.05m² ，占地面积：1600 ，一层层高4.2m，标准层3.6m,顶层层高3.9m。室内外高差0.600m，室外绝对标高为+18.9m。
为满足防火要求，本建筑结构内设置三个双跑楼梯和两部电梯。墙体采用粘土砖空斗砌体（卫生间处隔墙采用C型轻钢龙骨隔墙），室内地面采用大理石装饰。门为实木门，窗采用塑钢玻璃窗。屋面为不上人屋面，采用改性沥青防水，苯板保温。
该建筑抗震设防类别为丙类，地震作用及抗震措施均按设防烈度考虑。建筑结构采用钢框架结构。由于本建筑为5层，框架柱采用H形截面，框架梁采用焊接工字形截面。柱子之间可不设柱间支撑。楼板采用压型钢板钢筋混凝土组合结构；楼梯采用组板式楼梯；基础形式为独立基础。
考虑到建筑物外观美观，提高使用空间的采光率，一层至五层采用局部玻璃幕墙装饰。

Abstract
This is shentong comprehensive building , in XX city proper . All of this  building is 5 floors , the first and senond floors are business hall , and the third to nine floors  are handle official business rooms , the total area of building is 7498.05 ，the area of  building’s occupy is 1600m2. The height of the first and senond floors’ are 4.2m , the height  of standard floors are 3.6m ,the end floors are 3.9m. The balance between indoor and outdoor is 0.600m , the absolutely height of outdoor is +18.900m .
To satisfied the demand of fire prevention , there are two stairs and two lifts have been  set up in this building structure . In this building , walls are made of concrete hollow block ( the partitions used in toilets are made of the light-duty steel , which has the model of  “ C ” ) . Doors are made of wood , and the windows are made of plasticity toughened glass.  The roof is not used to been steped on , the transform asphalt has been used for waterproof , the plank has used for heat preservation .
The seismic fortification intensity of this building is bing type , the action of earthquake and the measure of seismic are considered of seismic fortification intensity . The structure of  building is steel frame . For this  building has 5 floors , the type of this building’s pillar is chest , and the type beam is “ H ” . Between the pillars , there needn’t sustains . The floor’s  type is light-duty reinforced concrete structure ; the stair is made of combination beam ; and  this structure adopt pile foundation .
To make the exterior of building more beautiful , and promote the daylighting’s use ratio of apply room , glass curtain wall is used to part of  1to5 floors 。.
