某小区6层框架结构住宅楼毕业设计（计算书+图纸）[面积2475]

摘要
本次毕业设计是一幢住宅楼设计，为多层钢筋混凝土框架结构。共六层，建筑物总面积为2475.12㎡，高度21.9m。包括建筑设计和结构设计两部分内容。
根据建筑设计和结构设计的要求以及场地地质条件，合理地进行结构选型和结构整体布置，确定各种结构构件的尺寸，选取一榀主要横向结构框架进行结构设计计算，包括：结构计算简图的确定，荷载计算，内力分析，内力计算等。考虑荷载形式有：恒荷载，活荷载，风荷载以及地震荷载作用。
结构设计是在建筑物初步设计的基础上确定结构方案；选择合理的结构体系；进行结构布置，并初步估算，确定结构构件尺寸，进行结构计算，最后绘制图纸。

Abstract
The graduation design is building in a residential building, for multi-layer steel reinforced concrete frame structure. Of six layers, the total area of the building is 2475.12 ㎡, the height of 21.9m. Including architectural design and structural design two parts.
According to the architectural design and structure design, seismic requirements and site geological conditions, reasonable structure and the general layout structure selection, to determine the size of various structural components, the selection of a major lateral structure frame structure design calculation, including: to determine the structure calculation diagram, the load calculation, internal force analysis, internal force calculation, etc. Consider load form: constant load, live load, the wind load and seismic loads.
Structure design is in the buildings are determined on the basis of preliminary design structure scheme; Selection of rational structure system; Structural layout, and preliminary estimate, determine the structure component size, structure calculation, and finally produce drawings.
