本工程为拟建小型办公楼。按规范的要求将建筑分为六层主楼标高21.6m。总建筑面积4211m2。本建筑物防火等级二级,抗震设防烈度6度。
本工程地基是厚达32米的淤泥质粉质黏土,所以需要先进行地基处理,经过多方面考虑,采用水泥土搅拌桩。结构设计采用框架结构,结构计算按刚性分析。内力计算考虑以下两种荷载作用,即竖向恒载作用下的内力,重力荷载设计值作用下的内力。建筑基础采用刚性的梁板式筏型基础,采用弹性地法计算,结果偏于保守。基坑深4.5米,支挡结构采用重力式的挡墙,稳定性分析用圆弧滑动条分法。

Design Abstract
This project is drift constructing the small-size office tower in the interest of the Hangzhou imperial family . The demand according to the norm shall construct is divided into six tiers of primary tower elevation 21.6m . Construction area 4211m2 invariably . This building fireproof rank two grades , anti-seismic capability fortifyying earthquake intensity 6 degrees This the project ground is  thickly attaines 32 meters the ooze character powder character clay , therefore needing the well-developed row grounds to handle , goes through that the many-sides consider , and adopts cement earth to agitate the pile . The frame structure is adoptd in the physical design , and composition calculation is analysed according to the rigidity . Inner force calculation is consider that below two kinds are loaded the action , in immediate future erectting inner force to the dead load action , the gravitational force loads the inner force that the design is worth below the action . The rigidity board-like raft mould base of beam is adoptd in the structure base , and adoping superstructure law calculation , the result is partial to conservatively . The foundation pit is 4.5 meters deep , and blind composition adopts the gravitational force style blind wall , and the stability analysis is in the way of the arc slip branch law.
