　　摘要：本设计是在熟悉《住宅楼》施工图纸和预算理论知识的基础上，根据《建设工程工程量清单计价规范》、《福建省建筑工程消耗量定额》、各种施工图集规范、当时的材料信息价，用晨曦系列软件计算工程量，并进行套价，完成工程预算的编制。编制过程查阅了相关书籍以及工程实例，最后对设计结果进行了汇总分析。

　　Abstract: The design is familiar with the budget on the basis of the Kunshan blockbuster 4 # building project budgett construction drawings and theoretical knowledge, according to the construction project list pricing norms, Fujian Province, consumption of fixed works, atlas of the various construction specifications, the price of material information, to complete quantity calculation and to set the price, the completion of the construction plans of the budget by Chenxi series software.In this program I have consulting the related books and the engineering example, and make the summary analysis to this design results lastly.
