6层框架结构办公综合楼全套施工组织设计（施组+图纸）[面积5603]

资料简介：

　　摘要，公司综合楼工程位于市区北面东侧，总建筑面积5603.9m2。设计研究院设计，整个用地呈长方形布置。结构形式6层均为砖混结构。
　　根据该工程工程图纸及相关资料，编制了本次设计，该《施工组织设计》是指导综合办公楼工程施工的纲领性文件。建筑施工是一项繁杂的多工种、多材料的露天操作的系统工程，要多快好省，保质保量完成合同所要求的质量、工期，必须按建筑施工程序办事。编制时对项目管理机构设置、劳动力组织、施工进度计划控制、机械设备及周转材料配备、主要分部分项工程施工方法、工程质量控制措施、安全生产保证措施、文明施工及环境保护措施、降低成本措施、推广新技术、工程技术资料管理、成本控制、材料采购以及工程回访等诸多因素尽可能充分考虑，突出科学性、适用性及针对性，是确保优质、低耗、安全、文明、高速完成全部施工任务的重要经济技术文件。目的是使工程速度快、质量好、效益高,使整个工程在施工中获得相对的最优效果。
　　为确保工期、质量及安全、文明工地，节约成本等条件，编制出针对性的施工组织设计，以指导施工顺利地完成本工程项目的建设。大力推广应用新技术、新工艺、新材料，控制工程成本，缩短工期，创建优质工程。本次设计主要包括以下内容：工程量计算书、工程施工组织设计书、施工进度表、施工平面布置图，劳动力、材料、机械需要量表，安全技术措施方案。
