摘要
工程项目施工组织设计被认为是对项目实行科学管理的重要手段，而概预算的编制对工程造价有着决定作用，因此掌握它们是工程技术人员必备的素质。本设计以大桥的设计图纸为蓝本，对大桥进行了施工组织设计和工程预算的编制。
首先我阅读了设计任务书和指导书的有关说明，然后通过学习逐渐掌握了工程施工组织设计和预算的编制。并详细研究了大桥的施工图设计，根据拟定合同工期的要求及施工现场的具体条件，包括劳动力的调配情况，机械的装备程度，材料供应情况，预制构件的生产情况，运输能力，气候和水文地质等各项具体条件，从全局出发统筹安排，对大桥进行施工组织设计，用以指导全部的生产活动。
绘制出预算表格，先做出各分项工程项目，查找《公路工程预算定额》，根据定额书查找出人工材料机械的定额，在作出材料单计价表、机械台班单价表。再由分项工程做基础计算出总预算表格，人工材料机械台班汇总，其他工程费率。结合拟定的工期和各分项工程量做出合适的施工过程，根据施工计划做出项目网络图和横道图。由分项预算表和拟定的工期画出主要材料的实际使用图和供应图。最后绘制出总的施工场地平面布置。
根据大桥施工组织设计，结合施工设计图纸，并考虑实际情况，对工程进行施工图预算编制，最后可以计算出青银线大寺河大桥的总造价为9107543元。

We draw out the budget table, first to make the sub-projects, to find 《highway project budget scale》, the book to find out under the fixed quota of artificial materials machinery, made of materials in the valuation list, Jixietaiban unit price table. Done by the sub-projects form the basis of calculation of the total budget, artificial materials Jixietaiban summary, the engineering rate table. Combined with the development of the duration and each sub-project construction process to make appropriate, then according to construction plans to make the project network diagram and bar charts. Breakdown of the budget from the table and the proposed duration of the main materials of practical use to draw maps and supply plan. Finally draw the overall construction site layout.
