摘 要：施工组织设计是研究工程施工条件，针对工程施工有关问题作出决定和订出措施指导和组织施工的技术文件。作为指导施工全过程各项活动的技术经济的纲领性文件，是施工技术与施工项目管理有机结合的产物，它是工程开工后施工活动能有序、高效、科学合理地进行的保证。
本工程为徐州御景花园住宅楼，七层框架结构，基础采用独立基础，设计使用年限主体结构50年，建筑高度为23.40m，建筑面积为2000m2。本工程级别为三级，耐火等级为二级。
通过合理安排施工顺序，充分利用机械设备，努力提高劳动效率。组织现场安全、文明施工及环境保护，从而确保工程的安全和质量。并协调施工过程中各施工单位、各施工工种、各项资源之间的相互关系。将会使其建筑施工项目活动协调有序，且能有效缩短施工工期、并降低成本。最终完成编制。
