摘 要
本设计名称为盐城新城商务中心施工组织设计，位于盐城市，结构类型主体选用异形柱框架结构,地下三层、地上十层局部十一层，建筑面积10440.1㎡，建筑高度35.060米，抗震设防烈度6级，设计使用年限50年，地上部分耐火等级二级，屋面防水等级II级；D4地下室部分分为人防区与非人防区，抗震设防烈度6级，建筑耐火等级一级，种植屋面防水等级一级，地下室防水等级二级。本工程所注±0.00标高相当于绝对标高3.900米）。
本施工组织设计严格按照招标文件的规定和设计图纸、房屋建筑施工规范的要求；保证重点、统筹兼顾；根据施工现场的地质、地貌、气候等实际情况，结合施工力量和管理模式，本着以机械为主，人工施工为辅的方法，科学组织，充分发挥优势，达一流品质，创优质工程的原则编制。根据招标文件精神，就本工程项目编制施工组织设计，由以下施工内容组成：施工组织编制说明、工程概况、施工组织机构及人员配置、施工方案和技术措施、质量管理体系与措施、施工现场平面布置、进度计划及保证措施、劳动力安排计划、施工机具配备、材料供应计划、安全生产、文明施工、减少环境污染、环保体系与措施等。
