摘要

本毕业设计的课题是上海闻天学院教学楼，主体结构采用现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构，总长度为55.2m，总宽度为16.8m, 总高度为26.8m，总建筑面积为5564m2，共六层，底层和其余层层高均为3.9米。

本设计贯彻“适用、坚固、经济、美观”按照建筑设计的规范，认真考虑了影响设计的各种因素，考虑到建筑设计的功能、技术和形象。

本毕业设计主要完成以下内容：建筑设计：根据建筑的使用功能进行建筑的平面布置及建筑造型设计，并确定建筑材料及绘制建筑施工图；结构设计：结构布置及结构计算简图；确定梁、柱截面尺寸；荷载计算，包括重力荷载、水平地震作用等；荷载效应组合；梁、柱配筋计算；基础设计；绘制结构施工图。

本设计统筹考虑了建筑设计和结构设计的和谐统一，做到在合理的条件建筑设计更符合人们的审美观点，结构设计更安全可靠。

Abstract

The subject of thisgraduation project is the Teaching Building Design of Shanghai Wentiancollege,and the form of the base structure of this building is frame structureof cast-in-place concrete,with the total length of 55.2m,with the total wedthof 16.8m,with the total height of 26.8m,and with the total built-up area of 5564m2.Thebuilding has six stories and the height of bottom layer and other layers are 3.9m.

This design implementation of the “applicable,robust,economic,aesthetic”in accordance with the specification of the architectural design,seriouslyconsider the various factors that affect the design ,taking into account thearchitectural design features,technologies and image.

Thepurpose of the graduation design including the following contents:ArchitectureDesign：according thebuilding function to arrange the rooms of the building, determine thearchitectural style and the material of the building and draw the architecturalworking drawing；StrictureDesign：Determine theconstruction arrangement and the calculate concise picture；Determine beam、column cross-section size；Load calculate. Including gravityload、horizontalearthquake load and so on；Load effect combination；Calculate the required reinforcing bar of the beam and column；Foundation design；Draw the working drawing ofbuilding structure.

The design overallconsideration of the architectural and structural design of the harmony andunity,so that under reasonable conditions, architectural design more in linewith people’s aesthetic point of view,the structural design is more secure .
