    毕设基本摘要

    摘要:石家庄市香江大厦空调工程设计。该大厦共十四层,建筑总面积13578㎡,其房间功能主要是办公室。空调区夏季总冷负荷812 ,基于冷负荷、湿负荷、热湿比及功能区特点,确定出了空气——水系统在该大厦的具体应用。考虑到经济性以及可行性,得出了一套空调系统方案,并针对此方案进行了水力计算、设备选型。对于消声减震、保温防腐也做了一定的设计。
    首先,考虑到办公室空调负荷变化大,其各个房间有朝向不同、使用时间不同、散湿量不大等因素,故本设计皆采用风机盘管加新风空调方式。新风直接由新风口经过滤网进入新风处理机组其空调设备分别吊装在吊顶内,可节省有效面积的使用。
    其次,本设计采用两管制、闭式系统,各层水管异程布置。两管制系统采用同一套供回水管路,冬季供热水,夏季供冷水。两管制系统具有管理方便,一次性投资小等优点。在本设计中同层的水平管和立管上皆采用异程系统,这样给施工带来方便而减少工程造价。
    第三,考虑到石家庄所处的地理位置和气象参数,可以使用地源热泵机组作为冷热源,将其放置在地下室专用机房。

    ABSTRACT: Designs a set of central air-conditioning for a building 。This hotel altogether fourteen, the construction total area is 13578㎡, its mainly function is office and so on. Air conditioning cooling load for total area summer 812 . based on the cold load, the wet load, the heat-moisture ratio when function area characteristic, determined the air - - water,the entire air system in this hotel concrete application place. Considered the efficiency as well as the feasibility, have obtained a set of air-conditioning system plan, and aimed at this plan to carry on the water power computation, the equipment shaping. Has also made certain design regarding the noise elimination absorption of shock and anti-corrosion insulation.
    First, Regarding offices, the guest room packages and so on, the air conditioning load changes in a big way, its each room has faces, the period of revolution differently different, disperses the moisture content not in a big way and so on the factors, uses the air blower serpentine to add the new atmosphere air conditioning way suitably. The new atmosphere directly enters the new atmosphere processing unit by the new gusty area after the mesh.
    Second, this design uses two controls, closed, each water pipe different regulation arrangement. Two control systems use identically draw out a person into confessing the backwater pipeline, the winter supply the hot water, summer supplies cold water. Two control systems have the management to be convenient, disposable investment small and so on merits. All uses the different regulation system in this design can bring the convenience to the construction to reduce the project construction cost.
    Third, with considered Shijiazhuang locates the geographical position and the meteorological parameter, may use the ground source heat pump work as the cold and heat source. Lays aside it in the basement special-purpose air conditioning engine room.
