本项目为安阳三中办公楼，建筑面积4960.8m2，主体为五层。建筑设计贯穿“以人为本”的理念，在满足《建筑设计防火规范》要求和使用功能的同时，力求创造舒适的内部空间和简洁大方美观的立面效果，突出了建筑主入口的设计。结构采用钢筋混凝土框架结构，为节约材料、降低造价、增加使用面积，采用大柱网进行结构布置。主要依据《混凝土结构设计规范》和《建筑抗震设计规范》等进行设计。建筑结构规则，设计时对结构进行了简化，取一榀框架作为计算单元。设计主要内容有荷载计算，内力计算和内力组合和截面设计。设计中按本地区设防烈度要求计算，设防烈度为8度。水平地震作用计算采用底部剪力法，内力计算采用D值法。竖向荷载作用下内力计算采用弯矩二次分配法。基础采用钢筋混凝土柱下独立基础，主要进行了承载力计算和冲切验算。为方便施工，配筋时尽量减少了钢筋种类。结构构造严格按照规范要求设计。

This project is anyang three building ,the building area is 4960.8m2,the main body is five floor. The architectural design sticks to the idea of "humanist", while satisfies the request of 《Code of design on building fire protection and prevention》and use function, makes every effort to create the comfortable internal space and the succinct natural artistic vertical facade effect,and emphasises the design of portal.The structure uses the reinforced concrete frame construction, for saving the material, reducing the construction cost and increasing useable area,it uses the big columnnet to carry on the structural arrangement. Mainly according to 《The Code for design of Concrete Structures》and 《Code for seismic design of buildings》and so on. The structure of building is regular , it has carried on the simplification to the structure, takes one frame as computing element. the main content of design consist of the load computation, the internal force computation, the internal force combination and the section design. according to the request of defensive intensity of this area to compute in the design.The defensive intensity of this area is seven levels. The horizontal earthquake force computation uses the base shearing force law, the internal force computation uses the “D” value law. Under the vertical load function theendogenic force computation uses metherd of moment redistribution. The foundation uses the reinforced concrete independent foundation, mainly has carried on the supporting capacity computation and the punching supporting capacity computation. In order to facilitate the construction,matches,it reduces the steel bar type as far as possible.Structure tectonic strictly sticks to the code for design .
