摘 要
这次毕业设计题目是12班初级中学教学楼建筑框架设计，教学楼的纵向长度为45.9m，横向长度为16.8m。建筑总高度为21m，室内外高差为0.45m，基础采用柱下独立基础，总建筑面积为4109平方米。
设计包括计算书一份和图纸一份，施工组织设计几部分，图纸包括建筑施工图和结构施工图。选取一榀框架轴号⑥作为计算单元。
计算书包括以下几个主要部分：1荷载计算、梁、柱的尺寸确定，这一部分主要是要选对跨度尺寸，不要选纵向跨度来计算横梁的尺寸。2风荷载与地震作用的侧移验算，这一部分主要是计算准确，如风荷载以集中荷载的形式作用在每层节点上，再算每个节点的风作用的面积要准确，侧移是指整个建筑物在风荷载作用方向的位移。3风荷载与地震作用内力的计算，这部分主要采用D值法计算，这部分主要是反弯点的位置计算要准确，算出弯矩，画出弯矩图，再根据弯矩算出剪力，计算轴力。4恒荷载与风荷载的内力计算，这部分主要采用二次弯矩分配法来计算弯矩，再根据弯矩算出剪力，计算轴力。5内力组合，选出最不利组合。6根据最不利组合来进行梁柱板楼梯的配筋计算。7基础的配筋计算。建筑施工图是考虑地理环境、使用功能、施工简单、材料及经济等，综合选型，最终画出建筑施工图。

Abstract
