摘 要
该毕业设计通过对米盐马铺河桥的完整设计，以达到检验设计者是否达到路桥专业本科毕业生应有的分析并解决问题能力，同时提高设计者综合运用专业知识的能力。该桥梁设计上部结构采用40米预应力混凝土T型梁，支座使用板式橡胶支座，下部结构为桩柱接盖梁式桥墩，扩基U型桥台，并完成施工组织设计与施工图绘制。该桥采用分离式设计，桥面净宽13米，桥跨布置为5*40米。上部结构设计主要内容有：主梁尺寸选定；恒载，活载内力计算及组合；预应力钢束设计及预应力损失计算；主梁截面验算；行车道板设计；横隔梁设计。下部结构设计主要内容有：墩柱尺寸选定；内力计算及组合；盖梁设计；承台设计；墩身强度及抗裂，水平位移验算；桩基设计；桥台设计。施工组织设计主要对该桥的施工方法进行了阐述，同时对工期，人工，机械，材料进行了安排。施工图则给出该桥所有尺寸，配筋图，构造图，及详细做法。该毕业设计通过参照以往算例，查阅规范，以及老师指导，完成了对米盐马铺河大桥的设计，使设计者得到本科毕业生应有的分析问题，解决问题能力；同时提高了设计者学习新知识，并运用新知识的能力。

ABSTRACT
This graduation project is an integrity design for the Bridge of mapu River. Its aim is to test whether the designer gets the abilities of analyzing and dealing with the problems which a professional undergraduate student should reach, at the same time, to improve the designer’s ability of the integrated use of professional knowledge. The superstructure of the bridge design uses priestesses concrete T-40m beam, the supports use laminated rubber bearings, the substructure is two-column pile pier, U-shaped gravity type abutment, and completing the construction organization design and construction drawing. The bridge adopts discrete design, the net width of the deck is 13 meters, and the span arrangement of the bridge is5*40m. The main content of the superstructure design includes the selection of the main beam dimensions, Dead load, the calculations of the internal force of movable load and combination, the design of the prestressed steel beam and the calculation of the prestressed loss, the check of the girder section, the design of carriageway plate and the design of horizontal beam. The main content of the substructure is including the selection of the dimensions of pire, the calculations of internal force and combination, the design of capping beam, the design of cap, the check of the pire intensity and crack, the check of the horizontal displacement, the design of pile foundation and the design of bridge abutment. The bridge construction pictures show all dimensions, reinforcement plans, construction plans and detailed methods. The gruduation design accomplishes the design of the Bridge of mapu River by references to the previous examples, the search specifications and the teacher’s guidance. It makes the designer acquires the ability of analyzing and solving the problems that the undergraduate students should have. And at the same time, it improves the designer’s ability of learning and using the new knowledge.
