毕设基本摘要

摘  要
       该建筑地处沈阳市，为一高档办公楼，各功能应分层分区设置，大报告厅设在顶层，每层设一小会议室，设计时要认真考虑人流及防火要求，设两部楼梯。建筑物占地面积约5200㎡。建筑物长65.4m，宽15.9，层，共五层，高度为18.75m，室内外高差450mm。
建筑物结构形式采用整体现浇钢筋混凝土，框架柱采用C30混凝土，b h=550mm 550mm，框架梁采用C30混凝土，主梁截面b h=250mm 600mm，次梁截面b h=150mm 400mm。基础采用柱下独立基础，混凝土等级为C30。
      冠信科技有限公司办公楼的设计依据为设计任务书和现行规范，总体设计分为七个部分：第一章 建筑设计，第二章 重力荷载代表值计算，第三章 水平地震作用分析，第四章  竖向荷载作用下框架的内力分析，包括内力组合，第五章 框架截面设计和配筋，第六章 基础设计，第七章 楼梯设计。第一章中，通过考虑各种因素选定了建筑方案，在其余的几章中，我们进行了结构计算并且对梁柱、楼板、楼梯和基础进行了配筋。

Abstract
