摘要
在建造之前，对其所需要的人力物力消耗都事先加以计算，以衡量自己有没有力量去建造它，同时拟建造的时候根据建筑工程的设计图纸、建筑工程预算定额、费用定额（即间接费定额）、建筑材料预算价格以及与其配套使用的有关规定等，预先计算和确定每个新建、扩建、改建和复建项目所需全部费用的技术经济文件，进行编制，则称为建筑工程预算。
施工图概预算是建筑企业和建设单位签订承包合同和办理工程结算的依据，也是建筑企业编制计划、实行经济核算和考核经营成果的依据。在实行招标承包制的情况下，是建设单位确定标底和建筑企业投标报价的依据。施工图预算是关系建设单位和建筑企业经济利益的技术经济文件，如在执行过程中发生经济纠纷，应经仲裁机关仲裁，或按法律程序解决。
本设计是根据一套六层框架住宅楼的施工图纸，通过细致的看图，查阅资料之后对该图纸进行的预算设计，按照施工图预算书编制的程序，遵循工程量计算规则，以《河南省统一基价表》为编制依据编制出来的一套工程预算书。本设计详细计算了混凝土，钢筋，土方等工程量，各分部分项工程都严格遵循定额中工程量计算规则，并查阅了大量相关书籍。本设计主要进行施工组织设计编制，施工工程量计算，和清单计价。

Abstract
Before construction, the resources consumption are needed to determine in advance, in order to measure if the power to build it, and at the same time when planned according to the construction design drawings, construction engineering budget quota and cost ration (that is, the indirect cost quota), building materials such as the relevant provisions of the budget price and use with that calculated in advance and make sure each building, expanding or rebuilding and reconstruction project of technical and economic documents, all the cost for establishment, it is called a construction budget.
Construction drawing budget is the construction enterprise and construction unit to sign the contract and deal with the basis of engineering settlement, is also building enterprise planning, implement economic accounting and the basis of a review operating results. In the circumstances of bidding and contract system, is the construction unit to determine the basis of a pre-tender estimate, and construction companies bidding quotation. Is the relationship between the construction unit of construction drawing budget and construction enterprise economic benefits of technical and economic documents, such as economic disputes occurred during the execution, should the arbitration by the arbitration authority, or according to legal procedure to solve.
This design is based on a set of six layers framework of residential building construction drawings, through careful look at the picture, after check data to the budget of the drawing design, in accordance with the procedures construction drawing budget establishment, follow the rule for calculating the quantities, to the henan province unified basic price list for preparation based on the establishment of a set of engineering budget. This design detailed calculation of concrete, reinforcement, earthwork quantity, such as the partial project are strictly follow the quota quantities calculation rules, and access to a large number of relevant books. This design mainly for construction organization and design, calculation of quantities of construction, and list valuation.
