  巩义市某宿舍楼设计
  摘 要
  本毕业设计题目是宿舍楼设计,本建筑采用基础采用柱下独立阶梯型基础现浇与联合基础。钢筋绑扎及混凝土全现浇框架结构体系。该宿舍楼的总建筑面积大约是3730平方米,共六层,建筑高度为23.4米。
  本设计内容包括建筑设计、结构设计。计算书的内容包括:1.工程概况。2.构件尺寸的初步确定。3.框架的计算简图。4.荷载计算。5.框架横向侧移计算。6.框架在水平风载。7.竖向荷载作用下的内力计算分析和计算。8.内力组合。9.截面设计。10.楼梯设计及基础设计。在梁柱截面设计时要采用“强柱弱梁”原则。
  其中建筑设计主要根据建筑的重要性,工程地质的勘查报告,建筑场地的类别及建筑的高度和层数来确定建筑的结构形式,本项目采用框架结构原理,在计算水平地震力作用下时使用极限状态进行计算。
  关键词:框架结构,荷载计算,内力计算,内力组合,截面设计。
  ABSTRACT
  The title of this graduation project is the design of the dormitory building, the foundation adopts the independent Ladder foundation of the foundation and the combination foundation. Reinforcement binding and concrete full cast-in-situ frame structure system. The total floor area of the dormitory is approximately 3730 square metres, a total of six floors and a building height of 23.4 metres.
  This design includes architectural design and structural design. The contents of the calculation include: 1. engineering profile. 2. preliminary determination of component dimensions. 3. schematic diagram of the framework. 4. load calculation. 5. lateral displacement calculations of the framework. 6. the framework is at a horizontal wind. 7. calculation and analysis of internal force under vertical load. 8. internal force combination. 9. cross-sectional design. 10. stair design and foundation design. In the beam and column section design, the " strong column weak beam" principle should be adopted.
  The architectural design is mainly based on the importance of building, engineering geological survey report, the category of building site and the height and number of building layers to determine the structure of the structure, the project uses the frame structure principle, the calculation of horizontal seismic force, use limit state for calculation.
