本施工组织设计依据国家现行相关设计规范、标准、城市规划管理局对工程方案设计的审查意见通知书，结合本工程的具体情况和有关资料进行编制。
本设计为宿舍楼施工组织设计，建筑结构形式为框架结构，总建筑面积：5387m2，共有6层，总高23.200m。抗震烈度7度，设计使用年限50年。
本办公楼施工组织设计主要包括：编制依据、工程概况、施工组织机构及职责、施工部署、施工进度计划、施工准备与资源配置计划、主要施工方案、施工现场平面布置、工程质量保证措施、施工“安全、文明、卫生”管理措施、施工项目季节性施工措施。其中针对各个分部分项工程的特点、施工难易程度、工期和质量要求，编制出切实可行的施工方案，同时绘制出所需要的图纸，对整个工程施工组织设计进行详细的编写，并对相关工程量进行计算。
