毕设基本摘要

摘 要
本工程为全现浇混凝土框架结构,工程所在地区的抗震设防等级为7度,需要进行抗震设计。抗震设计与非抗震设计有许多不同之处,其根本区别在于非抗震结构在外荷载作用下结构处于弹性状态,仅有微小裂缝,构件设计主要是满足承载力要求。而抗震结构在地震作用下,为了有良好的耗能能力以及在强震下结构不倒塌,其构件应有足够的延性。要设计延性框架结构,需满足“强柱弱梁,强剪弱弯,强节点弱构件”的要求,并进行相应
的内力调整,然后由调整后的内力值进行配筋计算。本工程采用桩基础,采用的桩为复合载体夯扩桩。该桩是一种新型桩,具有单桩竖向极限承载力高,施工工艺简单,施工质量易控制,且在施工过程中,具有无污染、低噪声等特点,并可消纳大量建筑碎砖、混土块等建筑垃圾,变废为宝,保护环境,利国利民。

ABSTRACT
This project is completely cast-in-place concrete frame structure, the anti-seismic of project site district set up defenses grade is 7 degrees, need to carry out anti-seismic design, anti-seismic design and not anti-seismic design the place that has a lot of differences, it distinguishes at all to lie in not anti-seismic structure in outside load role, take off structure to be in flexible state, there is small crack only, component design is to satisfy to bear force requirement mainly. And anti-seismic structure is being seismic to take affect, to have good consume can ability as well as in strong shake structure do not collapse; its component should have enough ductility. To design ductility frame structure, need to satisfy the requirement of “strong column weak beam, it is strong to cut weak curved, strong node weak component ", and go on corresponding force adjustment, then from adjustment after force value match tendon calculation. This project adopts stake foundation, the stake of adopting is compound carrier rammer expand stake. This stake is a kind of new stake, have single stake to erect to limit bear force is the characteristics such as free from contamination and low noise high , construction technology is simple , construction quality easy control has just in construction course, and can eliminate to fit plenty of buildings the building rubbishes such as broken brick and concrete piece, change to abandon for treasure , protect environmental, sharp country sharp the people.
