浩宁枫桥郡高档小区一期14#楼工程施工组织设计
[摘要] 本毕业设计是以一栋小区住宅楼进行编制的施工组织设计。施工组织设计是全面考虑拟建工程的各种施工条件的基础上，扬长避短，拟定合理的施工方案，确定施工顺序、劳动组织和技术经济的组织措施，合理地统筹安排拟定施工进度计划，保证拟建工程按期投产或交付使用。它也为拟建工程的设计方案在经济上的合理性，在技术上的科学性和实施工程上的可能性进行论证提供依据，还为建设单位编制基本建设计划和施工企业编制施工计划提供依据。

施工组织设计是在符合国家基本建设方针和各项具体的技术政策的前提下，根据建筑产品生产的技术、经济特点，通过对人力、资金、材料、机械和施工方法等进行科学合理的安排，以使14#住宅楼工程施工在指定时间和空间内，得以有计划、有组织、有秩序地进行，使工程施工达到工期短、质量优、成本低、效益好等最优的效果。
通过本施工组织设计的编制，可以使自己对在大学四年里所学知识有了更进一步的认识，并对所学知识有了系统性的掌握，更加深入了解所学知识的重要性和实用性，也让我们知道理论与实践相结合的重要性，让自己对于知识盲点及盲区做到心中有数，争取尽快弥补这些不足，为以后工作打下坚实的基础。

Abstract： The graduation project is a construction organization design with a residential building. Construction organization design is the comprehensive consideration of various construction conditions of the proposed construction project, on the basis of foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses, to formulate the reasonable construction scheme, determine the construction sequence, labor organizations and the technical and economic measures, reasonably arranging overall construction progress plan, ensure production on schedule or delivery of the proposed construction project. It is also for the rationality of the design on the economic of the proposed construction project, the scientific and technical implementation of the project to provide basis for the possibility of argument, also for the construction units and construction enterprise construction plans for the construction of basic provides the basis.
The project construction organization design is a basic construction in accord with national policy and the premise of the specific technology policy, according to characteristics of construction products production technology, economy, through to the manpower, money, materials, machinery and construction methods of scientific and reasonable arrangement, in order to make 14 # residential building engineering construction, within a specified time and space to plan, organized and orderly manner, to project construction period is short, good quality, low cost, efficiency, the optimal effect.
Through the construction organization design, can make oneself in the university four years, a further understanding of knowledge, and have mastered the knowledge with systemic, more deeply understand the importance of knowledge and practical, also let us know the importance of combining theory and practice, let oneself for knowledge blind spot and blind spot accomplish know fairly well, to make up for these deficiencies as soon as possible, to lay a solid foundation for later work.
