毕设基本摘要
摘 要:近年来,预应力混凝土结构的发展是越来越成熟。由于预应力结构能够很好的降低混凝土的开裂程度,并且充分发挥其材料特性,使结构轻型化得以实现。预应力混凝土连续梁桥与普通钢筋混凝土连续梁桥相比具有更大的跨越能力,而且它还有像变形和缓、刚度较大、伸缩缝使用较少、能够平稳行车、养护方便等一系列优点,所以在近代桥梁建筑中已得到越来越多的应用。本文对大桥的上部结构进行了设计,该桥坐落于XX区境内XX林车站和XX镇南于村交界处的蟠龙河上,桥址处河口宽86.00m。文章综合考虑桥梁的美观、经济、耐久适用以及环境协调和施工技术的要求,最终确定简支变连续预应力混凝土连续梁桥的设计方案。在该方案中,主梁部分施工采用在工厂预制成型,然后吊装到位的方式。本设计中主梁选用30m+30m+30m工厂预制预应力混凝土T型截面梁,在拟定截面尺寸后,利用桥梁博士软件完成该桥上部结构的设计计算。

Abstract: Recently, the development of prestressed concrete structure is becoming more and more mature. Because of the capacity of reducing the crack and giving full play to the characteristics of the material, the light structure can be achieved. The advantages of prestressed concrete structure, such as larger span ability than common reinforced concrete, and more soft deformation, less expansion joints, big stiffness, smooth driving, and easy maintenance, is the reason that it’s used widely in construction of bridge. The upper structure of the Xuecheng Panlong River is designed in this paper, and the bridge locates at the junction of the station of Shanjialin and Zhangfan town, with 86.00m in it’s mouth. This paper, considering the beautiful, economic, durable and environmental coordination and construction technique requirement, ultimately determine the design scheme of simply-supported structure turns to continuous hierarchy. In this scheme, the main girder is prefabricated in factory firstly, and then lifting in place. The main span of this bridge is made by 30m + 30m + 30m prefabricated prestressed concrete T beam. The design and calculation of the upper structure of the bridge is completed by the software of dr.bridge after drafting section size.
