摘要是毕业设计说明书（论文）的内容不加注释和评论的简短陈述。摘要主要是说明研究工作的目的、方法、结果和结论。摘要应具有独立性和自含性，即不阅读毕业设计说明书（论文）的全文，就能获得必要的信息，供读者确定有无必要阅读全文，也供二次文摘或二次文献采用。摘要中应用第三人称的方法记述论文的性质和主题，不必使用“本文”、“作者”等作为主语，应采用“对……进行了研究”、“报告了……现状”、“进行了……调查”等表达方式。排除在本学科领域已成为常识的内容，不得重复题名中已有的信息。书写要合乎逻辑关系，尽量同正文的文体保持一致。结构要严谨、表达要简明、语义要确切，一般不再分段落。商品名需要时应加注学名。对某些缩略语、简称、代号等，除了相邻专业的读者也能清楚理解的以外，在首次出现处必须加以说明。在摘要中通常不用图表、化学结构式以及非公知公用的符号和术语。
毕业设计说明书(论文)的摘要字数应在200字以上。
关键词（Keywords）
关键词是为了文献标引，从《汉语主题词表》或论文中选取出来，用以表示全文主题内容信息款目的单词或术语。关键词不宜用非通用的代号和分子式。
关键词的个数为3~8个。关键词的排序，通常应按研究的对象、性质（问题）和采取的手段排序，而不应任意排列。关键词后面不加冒号，关键词与关键词之间应留出一个汉字的空间，不加任何标点符号。
关键词应另起一行，排在摘要的左下方。

摘要
本工程位于浙江省杭州市经济技术开发区的办公楼，根据毕业设计的要求，结合本工程的具体情况和有关现行规范、规程等资料，编制的单位工程施工组织设计文件。
本设计名为杭州市建安公司办公楼施工组织设计，位于杭州市。建筑结构形式为框架结构，总建筑面积：2412.5m2，共有四层，总高16.100m。抗震等级7级，设计使用年限50年。
本办公楼施工组织设计主要包括：编制依据、工程概况、施工组织机构及职责、施工部署、施工进度计划、施工准备与资源配置计划、主要施工方案、施工现场平面布置、工程质量保证措施、施工“安全、文明、卫生”管理措施、施工项目季节性施工措施。其中针对各个分部分项工程的特点、施工难易程度、工期和质量要求，编制出切实可行的施工方案，同时绘制出所需要的图纸，对整个工程施工组织设计进行详细的编写，并对相关工程量进行计算。

This project is located in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province Economic and Technological Development Zone, the company office building, according to the requirements of graduation design, combined with the project of specific conditions and relevant current codes of such material, engineering construction unit design documents. A science of the construction organization design, will make construction activities coordination and orderly, improve work efficiency, to shorten the construction period, lower cost and strive for the excellent result, and for provincial excellent project.
This design is called Hangzhou city Jianan company office building construction organization design, located in Hangzhou city. Building structure for the frame structure, a total construction area:2412.5m2, a total of four layers, total 16.100m high. Seismic grade level 7, the design use fixed number of year for 50 years.
This office building construction organization design mainly includes: Compilation basis, Project summary, The construction organization and responsibility, Construction of the deployment, Construction schedule plan, Preparations for construction and resource allocation plan, The main construction plan, Construction site layout, Engineering quality assurance measures, ”Safety, health, civilization” management measures, Construction project seasonal construction measures. Among them in the light of the characteristics of each division sub divisional work, ease of construction, the construction period and quality requirements, develop the practical and feasible construction scheme, at the same time needed to map the drawings, on the whole project construction organization design written in detail, and the related calculation of quantities.
