毕设基本摘要

摘要
本毕业设计的题目为威海市威盛酒店式公寓设计。本设计主要包括两个部分的设计：第一部分为建筑设计，第二部分为结构设计。建筑设计部分：根据建筑设计的依据以及建筑设计的基本原则，进行了住宅建筑的平面、立面以及剖面设计。结构设计部分：选取4轴框架进行计算。确定框架计算简图；进行荷载汇集，计算风载和地震作用，以及框架在各种荷载单独作用下的内力，在此基础上进行内力组合；然后选取最不利的内力来进行框架梁、柱的配筋计算，接着进行了板和楼梯的设计计算，最后进行了筏板基础的设计。通过此次设计使我们掌握了科学的思维方式和正确的设计思想，以及综合运用所学理论、知识和技能分析和解决实际问题的能力。

ABSTRACT
The subject of the graduation design is Wei Sheng apartments design in Weihai city. This design includes two parts:the first is for building design, and the second is for structural design. according to the architectural design and architecture design on the basis of the basic principles of the residential buildings, the plane, elevation and profile design. Structure design part: the 4 axis calculation framework. Sure frame diagram calculation; For collection, calculation of wind load load and earthquakes, and in various load single frame under the action of internal force, based on this force combination; And then to select the most unfavorable to the internal force beam and column of reinforcement, then calculated the board and the design of stair calculation, and finally the raft foundation design. Through the design that we master the scientific way of thinking and the correct design thought, and comprehensive application studies the theory, knowledge and skills analysis and the ability of solving practical problems.
