毕设基本摘要

摘  要
在建筑行业的发展中，随着多层综合办公楼被越来越多的建造和使用，支撑钢框架结构是具有良好的抗震性能的结构形式，适用于有抗震要求的多层办公楼。本设计为一栋多层综合办公楼，主要有以下两部分的工作内容：
拟建的综合办公楼，位于成都市温江区，主体结构5层，建筑面积为6117.95 m2，采用框架结构，抗震设防烈度为7度，采用柱下独立基础。根据工程概况，制定各专业设计方案，依据现有的建筑行业规范，利用天正建筑8.5、PKPM2010等辅助设计软件以及手算相结合的设计方式，进行了建筑设计和结构设计。本论文还针对该办公楼，对相关设计进行了全面阐述并对电算结果进行分析。
对钢结构防火防腐的背景、技术现状及发展前景进行了论述。比较了钢结构与砼建筑的优越性，讨论了防火防腐涂料的性能及选用条件，研究了主要的防火防腐的设计方法，针对本设计的建筑所在地、结构特点、耐火等级等因素讨论了防火防腐的具体技术路线。

Abstract：In the development of the construction industry, with multilayer comprehensive office building was built and used more and more, braced steel frame structure is a structure that has good seismic resistance performance, apply to the aseismic requirement for multi-storey buildings. The design of a multi-storey office building, mainly contents two parts in the following:
   The comprehensive office building, located in Chengdu City Wenjiang District, the main structure of 5 layer, building area of 6117.95m2, using frame structure, seismic fortification intensity is 7 degrees, is an independent foundation under column. According to the engineering situation, formulate the professional design, based on the existing construction industry norms, use the Tengen8.5, PKPM2010 aided design software and the calculation way of combining design, the architectural design, structural design. Aiming at the office, the relevant design were discussed and the calculation results are analyzed.
   Discussed the status and development background, the prospects for the fire protection of steel structure anticorrosion technology are discussed. Compared the advantages of steel structure and concrete building, discussed the performance and selection of fireproof anticorrosion coating conditions, design method of fire retardant anticorrosion main, in view of the design of the building, structure characteristics, fire resistance rating factors discussed specific technical route of fire protection.
