摘要
本工程位于河南省郑州市，建筑总面积为4465.8平方米，建筑结构形式为地上六层，总高22.65米。在已有施工图纸的情况下进行施工组织设计，主要包括施工总体部署、施工进度计划管理、主要分部分项工程施工方法、工程质量控制、安全生产保证措施、文明施工措施，并相应的进行了进度计划安排。
本施工组织设计是根据施工任务和建筑对象，对全部施工活动所作的纲领性安排，它具有很强的技术性和综合性，对施工过程起到指导和控制作用，在一定的资源条件下实现工程项目的技术经济效益。
