韵和嘉苑施工组织设计

韵和嘉苑（北区）二标段工程是山东省鲁北监狱警察住宅小区，由7栋住宅楼和地下车库组成。主体部分均为22~26层高层建筑，钢筋混凝土剪力墙结构体系；地下车库部分为钢筋混凝土框架结构体系。
该施工组织设计是指针对本工程项目特点和工地具体情况，按照工程的要求，对所需的施工技术方案、施工材料、施工机具和施工临时设施等，经过科学计算、精心对比及合理的安排后编制出的一套在时间和空间上进行合理施工的战略部署文件。主要内容包括工程概况、施工部署、主要施工方案、工程技术措施、劳动力、材料供应计划、施工进度计划、施工总平面布置计划、工程重难点分析等主要内容，针对本工程具体情况，编制出切实可行的施工方案，以指导施工并顺利地完成本工程项目的建设，控制工程成本，争取创建优质工程。

The second bidding section of Yunhe Jiayuan (North District) is a police residential quarter of Lubei Prison in Shandong Province. It consists of 7 residential buildings and an underground garage. The main part is 22~26 high-rise buildings, reinforced concrete shear wall structure system; the underground garage part is reinforced concrete frame structure system.
The construction organization design refers to the characteristics of the project and the specific conditions of the construction site. According to the requirements of the project, after the scientific calculation, careful comparison and reasonable arrangement of the required construction technical plan, construction materials, construction equipment and temporary construction facilities, etc. A set of strategic deployment documents prepared in a timely manner in time and space. The main contents include the project overview, construction and deployment, main construction plan, engineering and technical measures, labor force, material supply plan, construction schedule, construction general layout plan, and engineering heavy-duty analysis. The main contents of the project are compiled. A feasible construction plan to guide the construction and successfully complete the construction of the project, control the project cost, and strive to create quality projects.
