摘要
本毕业设计的任务是编制投标文件，编制张家口塞北丽泽园住宅小区一期工程9#住宅楼的投标文件。该工程剪力墙结构；地下一层，地上九层。总建筑面积为9305.26㎡。，需要掌握工程项目投标文件的构成、内容，投标技巧以及工程清单计价、定额计价方法，独立编制工程项目投标文件，了解建筑工程各分部分项工程构造形式及施工技术方法，施工组织，施工方案，投标总价，机械、人员配置，项目管理人员配备，利润，管理费，网络图，施工平面图，调价、取费等，最后汇总出投标报价以及其它清单计价表和施工组织设计。

Abstract
The task of this graduation project is to prepare the tender documents and compile the tender documents for the 9# residential building of the first phase of the project in Zhangjiakou. The shear wall structure of the project consists of one floor and 9 floors. The total building area is 9305.26.
