摘要
21世纪的高层建筑进入了一个发展方兴未艾的新时代，日益成为建筑中的重要组成部分。高层住宅与多层住宅相比，对于提高建筑面积密度指标，节约城市建设用地无疑是行之有效的途径之一。而其中以剪力墙结构体系的高层住宅的应用作为广泛。本设计为海滨假日1#楼高层剪力墙结构住宅楼建筑结构设计，建筑面积为11340平方米，地下一层，地上十三层，层高2.9米，总高度37.7米，一梯二户。本设计包括了建筑设计和结构设计，在建筑设计中，根据任务书的要求，综合考虑了基地环境、使用功能、施工。建筑艺术及经济等，最红确定设计方案。结构设计是在建筑设计的基础上，确定剪力墙的合理布局，然后进行内力计算，选取最安全的计算配筋并绘制结构施工图。在整个设计过程中，严格遵守相关专业规范要求，再结合自身的想法，使得创造性和合理性完美结合。

Abstract
In twenty-first Century the high-rise construction has entered a new era of development be just unfolding, becomes an important part in building. Compared with the multi-storey residential high-rise residential building area, to improve the density index, saving the city construction land is one of the effective ways. With the application of shear wall structure system of the high-rise residential as widely.The design is a 13-storey residential building structural design, belonging to HaiBinJiaRi block, one of the commercial housing blocks numbered 1. The area, above the ground floor, is11000 square meters, the building here takes a shear-wall structure, with a total of 13 floors above the ground and 1 floor below the ground ,and 2.8 meters height a storey, and the total height is 39.2m, sharing one ladder for 2 households,including architectural design and structural design. In the architectural design, according to the requirements of the task book, considering the base environment, function, construction. Architectural art and economy, the red to determine the design. Structure design is based on architectural design, determine the reasonable layout of shear wall, and then to calculate the internal force calculation, selection of reinforced the safest and structure construction drawings. In the design process, in strict compliance with the relevant professional standard requirements, combined with their own ideas, which combines the creativity and rationality of perfect.
