摘要
本设计为宾馆中央空调设计。该建筑位于北京市,该宾馆为地下一层,地上十一层,其中地下一层为设施机房,地上十一层为宾馆,层高4米,总建筑面积为17928.77㎡,建筑高度为45.6m。该设计具体内容包括:依据相关规范和手册资料确定室内外参数,确定设计参数及空调方案;计算空调冷、湿负荷,设计空调过程;确定气流组织方案,进行气流组织校核计算;空调机房设计;空调风、水系统设计;以AUTOCAD为辅助软件绘制施工图;根据设计要求编制说明书。联合宾馆建筑本身特点,满足建筑本身对温度和湿度的要求,根据房间功能的不同合理选用全空气系统和风机盘管加独立新风的空调系统形式。

Abstract
This is the design of central air conditioning for a hotel. The building is located in Beijing.This hotel has the height of 4 meters,a total construction area of 17928.77㎡and building height of 45.6 meters with underground and the ground level 11,including facilities for the underground layer room,11 layer for the hotel on the ground. The design contents include: determining indoor and outdoor parameters in accordance with relevant specifications ,the design parameters and air conditioning plan;calculating the cold, wet load of air conditioning ,determine the design process; determining air distribution scheme,calculating and checking air distribution; the design of air conditioning room ; the design of air conditioning wind, water system; draw construction with AUTOCAD auxiliary software;compiling instructions according to the design requirements.Combined with the hotel building with its own characteristics, to meet the temperature and humidity inside the building requirements,choosing reasonably the full air system and fan coil plus independent fresh air system according to different functional rooms.
