摘要
本文设计为苏州石油公司办公楼的空调系统，办公大楼共六层，包括办公室，会议室，活动室，储藏室，资料间，一层层高3.9m，其余层层高3.5m。本设计依据有关规范考虑节能和舒适性要求，设计的空调系统采用了风机盘管加新风的空调系统，冷源为屋顶风冷热泵机组。
风机盘管加新风空调系统是空气-水空调系统中一种主要的形式，也是目前采用最为普遍的一种空调方式。它投资少，占用空间小且使用灵活。适用于宾馆客房、办公楼的空气调节。
设计的内容包括办公楼的冷、热、湿负荷计算，风系统的方案设计与计算，气流组织的设计与校核，水系统的方案设计与水力计算，新风机组设备的选型，冷水机组的选择，冷冻水泵的确定，风管水管的消声减震保温等措施。

Abstract：
The design is central air-conditioning system for the building of a Suzhou oil company. The office building has 6 floors, including office, Storage and information. The height of the first floor is 3.9 meters, and the other three floor’heights are all 3.5 meters. The design according to related specifications take energy save and comfortable in to consideration. The air-condition system select a fan coil units (FCUs)--fresh air system and air-cooled water chillers are used to provide the needed.
Fan coil units (FCUs)--fresh air system is a main formation of air-water air-condition system, it is the most common air-condition method.it cost less money, take a few place and its very convenient.it can be used in hotel and office building.
To design an appropriate air-conditioning system for the building includes the calculation, such as cooling load calculation; the design of air system and calculation; the estimation of air distribution method; the design of water system and the analysis of its resistance losses; the selection of air-condition, water chillers and chilling water pump; the noise elimination, shock absorption and heat preservation of air or water pipe.
